I attended my in Visa interview in Chennai on 11th Jul, 2012.VO asked below questioned to me.
1) Which city you are travelling?
2) How long you are planning to stay?

Appointment is around 9:15am. just out of my curiosity i went to counsulate at 7:40am and waited in queue for 1 hr and had long casual chat in the queue with a friend came for tourist visa.So,pressure is out....Went inside consulate at 9:15am...got to see the people around,,, standing in queue....environment is just like the env in SBI brach......got a token..waiting for a token number to be displayed in lcd tv.......once,token number is displayed...went to the cubical and given my passport,I129 petetion,Hdfc slips and ds160 confirmation.....she banded all the docs and given them back and asked me to stand at next counter for taking fingerprints.......went to that counter as she specified,but the volunteer asked me to go to next build for fingerprints,,,,,went to the next building and stood at the counter where american lady is taking the 10 finger print out(make sure ur fingers are dry).....after finger print section, i was asked to wait in the same room till my number is displayed..........Had a thought of sitting with strict desciplined manner(not seeing anyone,not listening anyone especially interviews),,,,,,,,,but i can't....actually an Old lady is interviewing the girl who applied for student visa,,VO is screwing her,,,,out of tense girl is like screaming the answers which got everyone's attention......praying the god like.....i should not be get interviewed with these kind of visa officers........turning the head from that sight, seen the token number displayed on screen but not the counter number.....asked volunteer, they told me to wait....again the number will be displayed...Waiting, keeping the fingers crossed........number is dipslayed and went to that counter and stood in a line.........seen the visa officer,,,,,,,,looks very pretty.......Observed how she is interviewing the person.......and taken a deep breath..........seems to be very polite....and its my turn

my H1b
My 1st H1B visa expired on 31-03-11 and during this 3 years of visa i didnt utilised the full amount of time, i returned to india in between some where in 2009.Currently i am in india so will my H1b come under exemption and can we process my H1B visa for this ????

Today I have attended the US Visa Interview for H1 & H4 along with my wife. We went to counter no 15 where the VO seems to be Indian but with American slang.
He is very cool and asked the following questions.
1. Which company are you working for?
2. who is your client?
3. what are you going to do in US?
4. what is your salary?
5. what is your offshore salary?
To my wife:
1. what are you doing madam?
2. is your marriage love or arranged.
We answered everything. Then he said your visa will be approved and passport will be delivered with in 4-5 days.

221 G blue 1 st time - 221 g white with case no 2 nd time
Dear Friendz,
GREAT JOURNEY OF 221 G BLUE OVER THIS TIME WHITE.
I have attended in hyd consulate h1b interview on 22nd feb 2012 along with my wife and my son.
E- C model mines is cap exception . Interview went well finally issued 221 g blue AAP did not asked any documents retained all docs and passports after 4.5 months yesterday i received 221 g WHITE with case number and returned our passports without stamping saying AAP requires before made final decision.
so stilll shall i keep hopes on it or need to leave hopes on it. lengthy process. waste of time and money as well seems to be.
anybody is facing this kind of scenario comments are welcome.

I and my wife went for H1B and H4 Visa
I have attended the visa interview at mumbai US Consulate on 11-July-2012 with my wife.
I am called on window no 33 for the interview. When I reached on window we wished the person and handed over him both passports and Original I797. He asked me show all the papers related to petition. I handed over him the bunch of cases paper provided by my company. After that he asked following questions to me:
1) Where are you going in US?
2) Who is your client?
3) Why you are going to US?
4) What work you will do there?
5) Since how long you are working with this client?
6) What will be your salary in US?
7) What is your highest qualification?
8) When you have completed your Masters?
Below questions are asked by my wife:
1) Which type of Visa you applied for?
2) When did you get married?
3) How many kids you have?
4) Show me your marriage album.
After that the person asked me that you will get your visa in 4-5 days.
Note: The speaker were not working properly.
