Following were the questions:

I would suggest to be confident in giving the answers and be cool.Bring all the required docs from your end as well as from your Petitioner end as well.

H4 Visa
Hi All,
I would like to share my visa interview experience.. It was very easy and very fast. I got visa within 30 secs.
The only questions I was asked were:
1. When did you get married?
2. How/when did you meet him?
Then the golden words came 'Your visa has been approved'.. That's it. They didn't ask for any document or wedding photos.
I could not believe it was so quick and easy. If your petition is strong and you seem very confident, they don't ask much questions. So, be confident and maintain eye contact while talking to VO. It will make things easier.

H1 B & H4 approval from New Delhi US consultate
I am in a sales/ business profile and this was my first work permit interview for US.
Attended the interview alongwith my spouse today at the delhi consulate. the questions:
1) Company name
2) salary package
3) current designation and designation at US
4) Qualification
5) roles and responsibilities
6) how does your qualification make you suitable for the role
No questions asked to my spouse. No marriage certificates, experience, degree or any other docs requested.
And yes, got the approval for H1 and H4. So just be confident, answers questions right and that is it.

mumbai consulate has stop visa appointment for h and l visa class . so every have to go delhi or other us consulate in india . i am going to delhi for visa stamp . can u sand ur experience at delhi or we have to submit document before 3 days like mumbai .

H-1B interview - Chennai consulate
I had my H-1B interview on 8th March. The below are the questions asked by VO.
1. Hi How are you?
Ans: I am fine.. How are you
2. So you work for xxx company?
Ans: Yes
3. Who is your client?
4. What is your highest degree of qualification?
5. How long have you been with YYYY company?
6. Where will you live in US?
After that she said 'Your visa is approved. We will courier your passport'. Then she returned the H-1B petition and the photo that was in the folder. She took the passport. DS160 confirmation etc with the green folder. When I gave my photo to her, she said 'Photograph is not required'. She was very polite and good.
I found less people in US Consulate compared to 7 months back.

H1 Visa approved in Chennai
Hi ,
TOday my visa was approved in chennai consulate. Only 4 questions.
1. What are you going to do in the US
2. What were you doing previously in the US - The VO asked this because I had a B1 already. I replied that I had a B1 but never visited US.
3. Whats ur highest qualification?
4. How much experience do you have?
Thats it and the golden words.."Your visa is approved!!!"
Almost everyone at chennai was getting visas.. dont get nervous, be confident and answer slowly to the VO. All the best for all those going for stamping...

Documents the VISA officer took for H1B
Hi, I had my H1B visa interview in chennali on 4th Mar'2011. The VISA was approved and the VO took my passport, HDFC receipt, BEP letter and appointment confirmation letter?
Did any 1 of u guys who had H1B approved had the same documents collected ?
