H1 Visa Stamping at Hyderabad
Hello
I will be going for my visa (extension) stamping at Hyderabad and going thru the forums/consulate web site to find out all the required documents. It seems like only at Hyderabad, we need to provide a lot of supporting documents. I work for a company (American - not Desi) directly as full time employee and per company policy they cannot disclose the salary of other employees. Is this a must to have document? Can some one advice please.

Hi,
I have attended the interview on 16-Jun-10! Interview was very cool there was not many questions by the officer.
Few questions posted by them are,
Who is your client?
Where are you going to work?
What is your responsibility?
What is your highest educational qualification?
What would be your income in US?
Thats all! Try to stay calm during interview dont panic if you don't know the answer rather admit them.

H4 Visa granted
My wife and son went for H4 stamping on 15th June at 10AM at Hyderabad consulate.
The questions asked:
1) where did you live in US?
2) Did you like the place?
3) Show recent pay stubs.
That's it. It was cool.
Photo was not good, so they asked to get a new one.
Everything went fine.

Class Consulate mentioned as Chennai, Can I go to Hyd Consulate
Hi all,
Please help me. I'm planning for H1B visa stamping for the first time by the end of this month. In I797 form, class consulate is mentioned as Chennai. So, can I go for stamping at Hyd Consulate? or Is it mandatory to go for stamping at Chennai consulate?
Can someone how have got their H1B Visa stamped tell the documents required and interview q's faced?

H1 B Exp In Hyd
I wondered they asked around 10 docs from petitioner and around 15 min they take the time for the interview.Is it required to submit all dcos in VFS office before 4 working days. and Now free is 150 $ so diffrence amount is 912 Rs make a DD for that.
1)A copy of the petition with all supporting documents as filed to USCIS
2)A copy of the employment contract or letter of agreement sighned by you and the petitioner
3)Petitioner's income tax returns for the last two years and financial statements
4)A notarized list of all the petitioner's employees of the job site listed.The list should show all employee's names,their individual salaries and immigration status
5)State unemployment wage reports,showing all wages paid to each employee in the stae, for the past three quarters as filed to :----All states
(This should be the actual forms filed to the state authorities listing each employee and wages paid during the quarter)
6)A copy of contract between the US employment agency(petitioner) and the job site 9the location where you will work actually)
7)A letter (on letter head) from the personal department at the US job site stating that there ia a vacancy for you.
8)A letter from the client(End Client letter) company sponsring the project and a copy of the ontract between the U.S. -based petitioner and the client company,stating the timing,terms and agreement for your project
9)A detailed and specific description of the internal development project to which you will be assigned.Include a complete technical description of the project, employer,timeline,current status ,number of
employees assigned,worksite location,and marketing analysis for the final product
