I am on H4 in US now and I got my H1B approval. I have an appointment on 2nd FEB 2010 for my H1-B stamping in Canada.I am little worried about the new rules and how is it going to impact the interview. If anybody had been to Canada recently in the past week, plz let me know if this is the right time to go for visa.

File a legal case against my employer?
Can I file a legal case against my employer, since I applied for my H1 in May 2008 and told that they will send papers by October 2008, but I have not get papers from them yet.
I like to file a case on them, is this possible being in India, this is a desi company based in Bangalore.

Successful Visa Stamping
Hi All,
I had an interview for h1b visa renewal on 11th Jan in Mumbai. I was little worried as I had read many visa rejections on this forum called "Administrative Processing". But I got counter visa. No question asked and I saw several other people also getting counter visa and some people getting visa after interview. I did not see any rejection on h1b. So, I think people who have strong case, need not worry.

I always want to write this, finally this is my turn to share my experience.
My interview was scheduled at 9.15 Am and i was there by 8.45 Am.
After all routine procedure,finally my turn for interview came.I was in the queue.
when my turn came VO was looking at his computer with my DS forms in his hands.I said Good Morning and passed my passport to him.He said Thanks.
VO Why are you going to US.
ME Going for Employment,going to work with YYYY cmpy.
VO What type to project is this.
ME Project is about ZZZ.(Project title).
Then he said my Visa approved.I said thanks and came out.

H1 interview experiance
Hi Guys,
Thanks to every one in this group for support h1 aspirants.
My interview was scheduled @10 AM on 6th, i reached embassy @ 9:40 AM completed
all the process with in 15 min and in the waiting room spent time around 30 min.
waiting room was very colorful on that day i was happy to spent some more time in the waiting room but my turn came to attend the interview.
i just faced 3 question only.
ME : Good Morning Sir,
VO: Good Morning.
VO: R u working in YYYY company?
ME: yes i am working
VO: in which project r u going to work in US?
ME: explaining about project vo asked to stop in 1 min.
VO: is this internal project?
ME: yes..
he saw the documents ones again finally said golden words, your visa got approved ,
and have great day. i said thank you sir...
every thing went fine till now.
yesterday i went to VFS office to collect the Passport.
they said my passport yet to receive from embassy asked me to come tomm after talking with customer care.
if i track in the USCIS site i am getting the following message, i am just wandering why it is delaying, can any one pls suggest me why it is delayed to reach VFS office.
"Your passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact our regional call centres for further queries. "
