again filing after rejection
Hi friends,
I attend for H1b interview at chennai consulate on nov 2006, i got 221(g) after that its rejected, Again i applied for h1b for this 2008 year and got approval. So is there any problem to get visa this year, i mean is the last time rejction is impact now. If any body got Visa on this type of situation pls help me.

regarding 221g (once again i got 221g)
Hi Frnds,
Iam suresh.I attended embassy on Dec 15th 2006 and i got blue form with 6 docements ticked to drop those those documents in dropbox along with passport.I have dropped those documents thru dropbox on Jan 22nd 2007.After a long time i have got my passport,previous blueforn 221g on 26 th june.In that they have ticked other option wrote with pen "ur case is reviewing andsend ur original academic certificates and original mark sheets along with ur original experience letter" is there in that blue form.can any body jelp me regarding why i got like that??and after sending those original documents i can get visa r not.please suggest any body regarding my case....

Beware of Teksoft Inc.
I joined Teksoft before some days...n I m leavig it today
Other than name it has nothing to place consultant in project. what Teksoft reality
1) they claim that they r from 11 yr in market but they r not more that 2 yrs.
2) We have 60-70 consultant working with us but only reality is only 6-7.
3) It has only 4-5 employees n all are not even able to work as sweeper.
4) they have not any credit in market to place their consultants.
5) they are tier 4 vendors.
6) they have an one room office
7) All the employees are designated as , Operation Maneger, HR, Sales team, hiring manage. Its one person one designation company having 3 people
8)they have a team to find out consultants in india, who is having h1
9) you migt recieve a call from some one from teksoft speaking in US accent.
10) All calls will be from india VOIP
11) They dont hesitate to play with some ones carrer.
12) They will make all false promises
13) They will make you buy a ticket saying, it will be reimbursed in usa, which never happens
14)They dont have any direct client
15) You will be treated as slaves once you reach usa
16) IF you are not select with your capability, you will be blamed as an incapabpe person and would be asked to leave back to india.

I just have my visa Stamped, i read this discussion forum & get so much tensed as these guys had experienced while Visa Stamping....
I dont want to go in details with these experiences there might be thousand of excuses
but trust me these procedure is somewhat tense but normal for confident person..
My Experience
I get there with all my docs
Docs are:

if u want to add anything u can

on that day there are 300-400 people for stamping
U can keep ur handbag/ mobile near security
At Entry point u are with ur i797, passport & intv letter
entered without belt/ perce...etc
they gave me wooden stick
after security check stand in Q for Pink Token number
Submit ur I797, passport to counter
after getting token wait till ur number announcement
in Interview

Vo: No response
he asked me 6 questions
out of following 33 question
Not asked for single document
& Result is :)
I observed 80-90 people during stamping
Approva % was 90-95% & interview was for hardly 3-6 mins & asking 4-5 Quesions
