This is Raju from bangalore, I applied for H1B in 2005 quota, I attended for interview at chennai consulate for 2 times and 1 time drop box - Due to my employer took so much of time (nearlly alltogether 1.8 years to send documents). Finally Last friday (12th may 2007), Ig ot my passport and a letter from consulate stated that:
" We are unable to provide Visa for you. Because,
Your employer didn't provide proper Employement for you and he didn't follow the rules and regulatations of USA"
Nothing in passport (Like reject or somthing). Now my question is --> I am working in a BIG company at bangalore (World's Largest company)- my manager asked me to submit my papers for L1 visa.
If I submit my papers for L1 VISA- my H1B rejection will effect this or not. Please let me know, What I have to do now, Can I gor L1 or ....

Do I need stamping before applying for H4 to my husband?
Hi,
Right now I am in Opt. I got my H1B approval. I am planning to go for stamping this August 2007. can my wife in India go for H4 stamping with my H1B approval letter I-797? should she need to wait till I get stamping in Canada in august? do the embassy need my Stamping? please let me know if anyone has this situation? its urgent!!! I appreciate your response and time.

Can i attend interview in Tokyo?

My application for H1 B processing has been
picked up in the random selection process. I am working for Japan client(Onsite) from March 2007. Can i attend H1B interview in Tokyo?. Is there any conditions for attending interview(Minimum stay period..)? Please let me know.

How it would be at my re-interview after my AAP
Hi Friends, My name is Sivaji and I have Attended the Chennai Embassy on 12th of Jan 2007..
I was interviewed and insisted by the the embassy people to agree for guilty..becasue one of my Previous emkployer (now its not in existence) is under their bloked list...but the thing is that,when i was working there its going fine, how i can responsible for that companie's current position, I told that thing only ...
After long waiting(4 hrs) in the embassy they have told me ...your application is under Admin process and we will let u know within 3 or 4 months.....
Recently 2 people came to my current company and checked out my background in the company and I got a mail from embassy for another interview..they just asked me to come on any monday within 9 am and in a span of 2 months...
Could anybody please tell me the past experience (in such a cases if any body faced)--Please mail u r experince to : [email protected]

Harassing by employer
I got visa through some of the consultancy in Mumbai. My employer is postponing my travel date from last six months due to his problems .He doesn’t want to give me the port of entry letter. Tell me the importance of port of entry letter while you are going first time to USA.my plan is to change my employer in USA.

Fathers Tourist visa : 221g yellow form
My parents applied for a tourist visa in OCT 2006 DELHI. My mother was given a visa however my father(a retired businessman, 65yrs of age) was given a yellow 221(g) form with a tick mark on " Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made. This office will contact you once the administrative processing has been completed".
It is over 6 months , i wrote an email to them , they said they will reply once the process is complete. What should i do next? Should He re- apply
Also, can anyone tell me what Batch ID is and how can i know what is Batch Id for my fathers application.

Better wait till it is transferred since his case is already filed, dont go on old employers name its not good. Wait till his H1 is transferred to New one and then u go to consulate for H4. I think this is better. If its getting too late for u, left for u to decide
