Experience Letter
Hi guys,
Could any of you give me a solution to this problem.I have 3+ yrs of experience and my visa interview is soon.My problem is that in Final Yr of engg I had asked my company where I previous worked for a project and they gave me one. Subsequently when I left the company, I asked the HR to issue me a experience certificate which includes the Project Trainee and he included it.I submitted the same to the my US employer and now I have lost the ceritificate. Now the current HR says that he cannot include the Project Trainee since I did not explicitly work there.I want to know that during the time of Interview, will the US consulate cross check with the documents we submitted at the time of filing the visa.
Please help me.

KJ,

Nothing to worry !

I dont think anything wrong in ur case. That happens in every ones case.

So, if the VO says these are fruad or false letters then you can explain the VO by saying the facts involved.

Girish,

There is no specific time frame.
But u will need to get ready with an answer for the question by the VO:

Why your employer took this much of time to respond?

If you have precise answer then everything will be OK.

hi Varma,
You try to send I797 and I129 xerox copies and write a letter to the VO explaining that these two original documents are with them. I done the same in my case, It worked well for me.

Wish you good Luck!
