H1B, H4 Visa

Hi,
This is varma, from bangalore.Please spare 5 min for me.

- 1st time attended to consulate on 14th Nov. I got 221g
- 2nd time attneded on 10th Jan - again 221g - they asked me to send one more document thru VFS drop box. I send all the documents including I-797, I-129 also
- April 24th, 2006 - I got Only PP and DD back.. So i797,i129 with them only.

- Now (after 8 months) they send 221g for 4 documents, in that they mentioned - I need to send I-797 & I129 also. Now what I have to do..Because those documents are with them only. Please suggest me.

Is there any procedure for this type case. Please let me know ASAP.

No need to panic at all.
My suggestion is to go for Mumbai.
But chennai is also ok now a days becuase so many people are getting visas just like that. But I can agree with luck factor at chennai.

So please decide accordingly.

First of all thanks to raj.I have 1yr 10months experience in india(MNC).And 5 months Experience in Singapore.Am from hyderabad.If they redirect me from singapore to india am planning to book appointment in Bombay.Pls give u r suggestions.

You will get ur visa in a month or two, if you exp. letters are real.

You need atleast another 2 yrs of experience in any company in addition to ur 5 months exp. in singapore.

Even if they redirect you to attend in india, You have an option to select any consulate in india not only chennai. Why becuase you r not staying in india.

the same case happened with me too.they issued me 221g saying additional admin processing.till now i too havent got a call to me or to my office.generally it takes min of 4-6 weeks to process the applications.ok murali bye n pray to god surely we all will get visas.

on 16th there is a different situation that was nasty experiences to people
most of the people got different kind of queries...
the second person in my line was also got same situation for H1, like me....
my interview went like..........

Me:good evening madam..
VO; good evening sir...

VO: who is ur employer in us sir
ME: abc.

VO:how much u r getting here sir?
ME:i am getting 42k Rs per month here..

VO:what is ur designation here sir?
ME:software testengineer madam.

she looked at my ID card ......

VO:what is ur designation in us company?
ME:said

VO:so what is ur roll n resp here sir?
ME:i explained clearly(she took her water bottle and she was turned to myself)


VO:to whom u r going ro work for?
ME: initially i have to work for my employer madam.

VO: ok sir...is there any clients for ur employer in US?
ME: yes madam...there r some clients.

VO:fine.......what is ur duties in US?(this is second time but asked in diffrent way)
ME:i explained clearly...

VO:ok...fine.(she turned towards her system and she entered something)

VO:sir can i have ur educational certificates?
ME:yes madam..these are.......(i handovered...)

VO:sir can i have ur experience letters?is there any?
ME:yes madam..these are.......(i handovered...)


VO:sir on which project u r going or work....and where it is developing?(she might asked to know that where i am going to)
ME:madam i didnt have information right now about project...once i go there my employer will line up my services to a in-house project...that would be a logistics....

VO:fine sir...i understood(she turned towards her system and she entered some details)

she got prob with her system and she waited for 5 min and turned to me

VO:sir once u go there....what u will do over there sir?(i felt very happy i thought she is ready to give visa)
ME:me explained clearly....(she was fighting whit her system and she leave the system)

VO: fine sir....

VO:wait sir.....(she took my educational certificates and my exp letters)
ME:ok...madam.

after 2-3 min ....

VO:sir after my considerations with my people these are fraud(she was showing my exp letters)...
ME:i was shocked. immediately madam i very genuine with my exp....(said confidently )

VO:if it is there any fraud in ur letters.. u can drop now otherwise we will go through further investigation if it is fraud u will be life time ban for US. so r u drop now r .................?

ME:madam if u have any doubt on my exp...u can go through any kind of scrutiny(immediately with in one second i replied confidently)

VO:thank u sir we will get u back later...we will keep ur docs..have a nice day.
ME:thank u...u too. (i leave the counter)

on 16th i was joined in the line at 12 pm, i went inside at 1:55 pm and finally i faced interview at 5:40 pm
the VO's were seems tired due to over flow,they were taken interviews till 8pm on 16th. even there is no chairs to sit....

can u tell me that how much time they may take to complete the investigation process generally for this kind of cases....

i have seen 4 people before my turn.....they got different experience.they was asked to come inside for interrogation on their experience
queries.but my VO didn't asked me like that.even she didn't asked me for my pay stubs,tax statements r bank statements.

can u tell me how much time to wait for get the result......

till today they didn't call to my office..........

so folks dont get panic this was occured only on that day only.....
be confident and stright while answering...visa will be urs

I have filled the H1-B Questionnaire during taking interview dates - Where I have put Unix System Administrator title of proposed job in U.S. & that base specific skill set -- But later I have received my H1-B doc from employer they mention my role as a NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR.

My Query :-- Are they (Mumbai Counsulate) ref. H1-B Questionnaire during interview ?? Whether they have this in their computer ??

Before Interview should they return my doc which i have send against Appointment schedule ??

If yes Can I put my updated sheet ??

If not How to I react during interview ??

Am going to attened the visa interview in singapore in dec 3rd week.My question is i have only 5 months of experience(with big Client) in singapore is they are going to consider me?.if they redirect to india can i attened my visa interview in mumbhai(BOMBAY).I am belogs to Hyderabad and i don't wanna attened in chennai.
