Hi All,
My baby is 1yrs and 5 months old. I had a valid H1B visa in my passport, got last month.
She doesn't have passport now.
If i want to take my baby to USA
Whether i have to take a passport in her name and H4 visa for her?
Please share your experience on this.

reg H4 stamping...
Hi,
i have got H1 approval papers and about to book for a stamping date. I like to take my wife and kid for H4 along with my apppointment(H1).
bur still, my kid passport is under process...
In the mean time, can i book the stamping date for myself and my wife? Later once i get my kid passport, can my kid also join with us on the same appointment

Hello friends,
Please help me in my case,as i got 221g with additional administrative processing on july27 ,till now no response nearly 25 days over.i am really vexed with this problem.how many days it will take to complete AAP and what will be the ratio of success.please give some advice.help me friends.
During my interview they had taken all my documents, copy of degree certificate but they didnt ask my experience certificates and vo satisfied with the documents which i produced asked on previous 221g. He asked for itinerary and i said dont have and he immediately issued me aap. .Actually what they do in aap ,as i more tensioned.Please help me as i am waiting for all ur valuable suggestions.god bless u all.

Good Day to everyone.This year I applied for H1B visa and got the lean number.I am expecting the papers from the company by next month.I am married and my husband is a software Engineer.Can u plz suggest me what questions may I expect in the counsalate and how to ans them.If anyone has the list of questions plz send it to me.I am 2004 passout and working on DotNet. I did my bachalors in Electronics and Communications.I am little bit tensed as I don't have degree of the related field on which I am presenly working?Will that be a problem to me.Already I got H4 visa ( as my dad got H1 visa) but that got expired in 2003.I will be very greatfull to u if u clear my douths and help me.
