Drop Box Checklist -
can anyone help me with the drop box checklist.. also is it required that i submit my mark sheets in original for the drop box .. this is with respect to H1- drop box (221g)

2nd application after 221(g)
I went to the consulate in Chennai last year in the last year's quota on 4th Jan 2005 and got a 221(g) for client letter,product marketing analysis etc. The petitioner for me last time was Strategic Resources,NJ.
As i had a baby in Feb,i decided not to reply to the query and apply instead in this year's quota(2007). My petition is from a different employer this time.
Can any of you tell me whether i will be definitely asked as to why i did not proceed on my query in the last year??
I also wish to get any or all of the standard formats for Client Letter,Invoice,Marketing Analysis for the product etc??

Got H1B Visa after 221g
My H1B sponsor is Multivision. I got 221g couple of times and i got my visa in my third visit.

Information to everyone coming to USA on a indian company H1
Hello all,
Its after your personal experience that you gain and learn a lot.
I have few tips.
1) when u come on H1B visa, The first thing is change the employer the day you land.
2) Get each every detail on to the contract and dont sign on any document untill u thoughly read it.
3) please dont sign on any blank paper.
4)when you change u r employer you can rule him and dictate your terms.
5) ALl these Indian Companies are all of the same kind, just leave them.
6) Please try to avoid the comapanies from Michigan .
7) Get every single penney on the pay stub, pl dont go to tax evasion and you will end up losing money.
The best part is get the complete details of the employer back in india, the best you can figure out, as it might help you later.
I shall document and post it the next time

missed paysilp in the consulate office -H-4

i attended my interview on july 26th with my kid
i produce my husband payslip to them .the officer asked the tax paper ,i didn't submit ,so the officer gave the 221(g) form to me
my kid also started to cry .so that time i did't check my documents ,i just come out ,after 4 days i checked my documents ,i found my husband payslip has missed , i left the payslip in the counter itself ..what i have to do now.please help me to come out from this problem

H4 visa problem, pls spare some time to .........................
I am suren, workin in USA on H1B.In june 2006 my wife n kids went to chennai for H4 visa n got refused.In the year 2002 i applied for Temporary Business visa to Ausralia with my family as dependents got refused in 2003, because of bulk visa rejections, which were filed by our client in Australia. And in the year 2004 my passport got expired, n have taken new passport.the new passport hasnt have any refusal stamps.but my family has those stamps on their passports, which are quite new.
I havent mentioned anything abt my Australian Refusal during my US H1b visa interview. but at the time of my family H4 visa interview interview at chennai they raised the question of autralin refusal. my spouse couldn't convince them at that time and unfortunately we have lost that Australin refusal letter n old passport was with me in the US.
The VO insisted her abt her refusal, n said u lieing smomthing u dont wana tell.my explained everything but they weren't satified with her answers. The VO asked her to write everything on paper in Telugu itself. but, finally VO told her that I am gettin angry on you, bcoz u r lieing to me. she advised her to go after one year it will be good, bcoz ur husbands salary.But i am gettin the nice salary......refused; I couldnt understand their advise.

Again i am palnin to send my family for visa with my old passport copy.would u people kindly advise me, whatelse I can do abt my problem.
shall I and my spouse should write any Declaraton on Affidavit abt our genuiness. pls adivse me. The only thing I am going to Produce them is my old Passport with Australin Refusal stamp. Is this is a sufficient evidence?

vo: when did u finish ur education?
me: 2004 mam
vo: what did u do frm then?
me: blah blah blah..

me: sure mam ( and gave Original degree)
vo: did something in PC and asked for individual marks sheets
me: gave them
vo: what r u going to do in ZZZ( my client)
me: blah blah blah..here I told I am going to develop web applications.
