H1B, H4 Visa

hi,my brother has been working in US since one year on H1B status, and his wife and 11 years old son are in India.Due to some finantial problems my brother wants apply h4 for his son only.Is it possible that a minor can get the h4 visa alone.

I attended Interview at chennai consulate.

1st Time attended : Jan'2006 (Proj Description)
2nd Time attended : Apr'2006 (Client Letter)
3rd Time attended : May'2006 (Addl Admin Proces)

3rd Time, They taken all my documents and gave Blue hand Out mentioning additional admin processing. 15 days back, I received courier from chennai consulate with all my documents. They want my passport + DD for Visa. Last week I sent my passport + DD with all my documents.
2 days back I received my passport with Visa stamped on it. This site is helped me a lot.

My H1 petition has been filed by two companies.. say for example company X and Y... The company X 's H1 petition has been approved...The company Y's H1 petition is under process....Here the point is i dont want to choose the company Y's H1..Will the second petition which has filed by company "Y" affect the first petion which has been already approved??? or do we need to convey this two petition stuff to US consulate when we attend the interview for X company H1?? please help me out on this case..

My brother is studying in US and while filling out my DS-156 form for appointment I marked "Q.No 37: Any of the following persons are in US" as "NO" for brother also !!!

Is this going to be a issue in the interview ?

my doubt is my h1 is filed from singapore consulate and i came here singapore through a consultance.now the problem is here the project is postponed and i don't have job now.So i got offer from india.and planning to go back to india and join.
But my Question for u all people is .even if the papers filed from singapore can i attened interview in Chennai(india)?
Pls help me out .
in my h1 filing they specified the consulate as singapore.

Friends, one of the above mentioned company is owned by an Indian,
Kanna Srinivasan and he owns a company called BCC computers Ltd in
Madras,India.
He brings. Indian programmers under a THREE YEARS bond which says if the
employee quits the
company he has to pay Rs10,00,000 (only Ten lakhs). Also every=
employee has to surrender their school and college certificates.
The contract also
says that the employees will be paid $40,000 per year.The company will not
pay for initial
45days or start pay after you get the project in USA. Once you signed this
agreement and
surrendered the certificates you have fallen in their trap. Then you have
only obey their
orders as though it is an order from the god (Kannan P srinivasan).

They will take their own time to process your H1B Visa (may be more than
a year ).
If you ask them you will be taken to USA,they will humiliate you by saying
that your
communication is bad, or you are not technically good. Recently employee
named Mr.Rao
committed suicide in Madras because the company terminated him. told that
company
cannot take him to USA because he is no good technically and communication
is
bad.
The important point is that he was waiting in the Madras company or more
than
8 months.
