H1B interview information required...Itinerary services?
What is Itinerary Services in context to US visa consulate interview?.
I have one more question 13th Apr' 2005 i attended BL1 visa interview, refused 221(g) by stating "Petitioner not filed original individual L petition for you". I came back asked my employer they said no need to go for interview.
Now i have H1B visa(different employer) interview on Jul'2006 last week, while filling DS-156 colmn 31. whether you have refused US visa? Please guide me whether i should write it as yes or no.
Some people say that since it is different visa as welll as it is not reject status, so you can write DS-156 col.31 as "NO".
Please guide is that OK if i write "NO".

Got the visa after 221g
Hi All,
Thanx to every one who is posting thr experiences,
I went to consulate in the morning 8:30,i entered at 9:30,The visa officere is very cool,and she is very perticular about the required document,begining it self she is telling every one that we are not supposed to talk while she talks,and she warned 2 persons for getting fake documents like market analasys and client letter,
i had bunch of query documents,so she have taken around 20 min to check all,asked few questions like project description,my role....,so guys be confident and be clear while talking to her and dont give over explanation,if u have any doubts please contact me at [email protected]

i was given the Additional Admin process 2 months
back. the vo told me whenever consulate contact you.you will send your passport and dd.i inform my
employer he told me to wait untill the consulate
contact you.pepole can any body help me how much
time i will wait

since one year i am regular reader of this forum.it is very niece and helpful.
My H1B has been approved after 9 months of 221(g).i attended the consulate in oct VO given me 221(g) after 5 month i recived mail from consulate for required docs. my employer took 4 months to send me the docs.second time when i attended the consulate with all docs no questions nothing i stand like satue only one question VO ask me to give what i bring , VO saw few docs and approved my VISA.

I have J-1 Visa.I am going for my H1 interview in Sept.
I have very busy schedule and my next vacation in in Dec when I plan on going to my home country and get married on the person I have been together for 6 years. He is in in my home country and hvae never been to United States.He will be getting H-4 afterwards.
1. Is it a big problem if he goes to the interview for H-4 without me?
2. Does he need to provide any special documents at the interview?

visa approved but didn't received passport

i was issued 221g 3 times and atlast 4th time i got visa
i have attended on 13th july and vo asked me only one question to my surprize
me: hello mam
vo: she said hello
me:passed the folder
vo:have u brought all the queried documents
me:yes and passed the documents
vo:ok your visa is approved go and pay the fees
my appointment was taken through TTS but now TTS is not there. so from which service i will receive passport.
i have enquired in VFS hyderabad office they told we are not responsible for your passport.
Then how can i get passport?
please mail me if anybody know the solution

Thax for the confirmation about the 221g.. i have seen in 221g that its valid for 1 year.. I just wanted the main info of what wud be the cross qning which Vo can ask.. anwyas.. I can have a reson of saying that there was delay in the prject annd i have got my client letter lately..

Got H4 visa in Hochiminh City Vietnam
I have got a H4 visa . I would like to share my experience for you all . Here are the Qs I got:
1. What kind of visa would you like to apply?
2. Where is your husband?
3 . Why don't you go together with him.
- Because my kid passport got late.
3 How many countries has you travelled?

3. What's your husband name?
4. What's his birthday?
5. What's his occupation?
As I applied a visitor visa (2002) which was denied, he ask me some more questions
6. Is your boyfreind work for **** ?
7 . Is your boy friend (when I intended to visit him) and your current husband same?
And later that they said
Pls come here at 3PM tomorrow to get your visa.
