I appeared for visa interview in chennai consulate 2 months back. I was also given 221g. i deposited the remaining papers 10 days back and yesterday i got my papers and passport with visa.

Hi, congrats for getting the visa.
Probably if you can give more details like what exactly they asked and what all documents u have taken, it would be helpful for others.
Have u produced inhouse project or client letter etc. stuff..
As the way you got some details from others here, if u can add on at the same detail others will know the exact scene.
if everyone starts putting I got visa with no details its of no use posting it even.
Simple principle : You got help from others -> You help others.
Hope u will update with more details.

How long is the queue at chennai consulate
Reposting again to get some info atleast this time. Can anyone who has attended in march can update me, pls.?
I am having my appointment in the last week of march at 10 AM.
Typically how long will be the queue and wait time till we reach the VO (a near guess). I want this info as my wife is in her initial stages of pregnancy (will 1~ 1.5 months).
I would like to know will it be a long standing queue or most of the waiting time will be sitting time.
I don't want to inform she is pregnant, although I plan to take her after delivery.
Can some one give me the info.

I was told that trend is bad in chennai consulate... so better to postpone dates for july.. can u pls suggest me whether anyone can get a visa positively in the month of august .... rather than in march?
