Hello i went to US consulate on 23jan2006,i was asked many Questions,BUT friends No need to prepare any thing while going Just belive me................
1)Keep ur docs in a proper manner. First ur resume ,Degree marks, OD,provisonal,JOb experience letters...

Be confident,Dont fear Seeing VO,they will give visa

If anyone has got 221g with marketing analysis and financial analysis ,please respond with the template they had submitted to the consul.i got 221g recently in madras.

I was issued 221(G) for the second time, requesting for the following documents

1. A signed letter from the beneficiary's prospective supervisor at the end client location to which he/ she will be assigned, stating the clients intention to make use of the beneficiary's services and explaining the nature and duration on the project to which he/she will be assigned
 
2. A complete itinerary of services or engagements specifying the dates of each services or engagement, the names and addresses of agent, the names and addresses of the actual employers and the names and addresses of the establishment, venues, or locations where the services will be performed.


Please help me with the templates of the documents. Would really appreciate it if anyone could send me the templates.

Commerce should not worry about stamping.

THe procedure is youe credentials will be clearly mentioned in I-797 doc. So be confident to answer all the questions, They will get into details if there is a suspicion about your capability.

Only key is be confident and prove that you can perform your job diligently.

I am also a commerce graduate and did not find any difficulty in stamping process.

I appearead for stamping on 25th jan.

I recently got 221(g) in Chennai Consulate and they asked for following documents

1) A signed letter from the beneficiary's prospective supervisor at the end client location to which he/she will be assigned, stating the
Client’s intention to make use of beneficiary’s services and explaining the nature and duration of project to which he/she will be assigned.
2) A detailed and specific description of internal project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project time line current status, number of employee assigned to
it, location of the worksite and marketing analysis for the final product.
3)A complete itinerary of services or engagements specifying the dates of each service or engagement, the names and address of agent, the names and address of actual employers, and names and address of establishments, venues, or locations where the services will be performed.

Please provide me the Template or sample documents for above documents. It will be great help for me.

   First of all, I would like to thank the IMMIHELP.COM team for making this site a reality which is helpful to great number of people like me dreaming about making fortune in the land of oppourtunities. And secondly, all our friends have posted their valuable experiences. Its nice that people are sharing not just positive but also negative experiences and in the process enlightening others. Let me not waste more time in applauding you friends as whatever extent I do it, it is still inufficient and I may not be able to do justice.

About my case:
Booked a date on January 19,2006. Few articles helped me regarding the documents I should be prepared with so that any case of eventuality can be met accordingly.

Date : Jan 19, 2006
Appointment Slot: 10.15-10.30AM

Reached the Consulate by 9.00AM. Denied access into it till 10.00 AM. Went in & finished formalities. Got the finger print scanned (with some initial hiccups & very bad exp. - one shd go 4 finger print only after u get u r folder from TTS/VFS ppl). I went just like that & got scoldings from the Visa Officer. She was in her late 20s & appeared very disturbed and in somewaht bad moods. Thankgoodness. She was not my PI VO.

Stood in the line for close to an hour. My time came around 11.45 AM. Lasted for close to 5-7 minutes. Questions:
VO: Show me the degree certificates.
Me: <showed them. he scanned for close to 2 min. then looked at my grade card>

VO: Any computer-sceince related subjects?
Me: Yes. C++.

VO: Cant see them in grade card.
Me: <gulp!>its part of lab.
VO: Ok!!
VO: Experience letters!!
Me: All or latest (DOnt dare to do that...he gave me an angry stare. Never ask them any questions in return unless it so obscure. Believe me they always ask questions in simple straighforward English.)
VO: Two yrs right?! Wouldnt be many give 'em all.
Me: <threw a bunch at him>
VO: Wow!! Ok!! Gimme the curr employer's appointment letter.
Me: <gave my current employer's confirmation letter>
VO: How many yrs hv u been wid curr. empl.?
Me: 1 yr.
VO: But letter is dated 24 July?! Its just 6 months
Me: Sorry, here is the letter (did a mistake again gave a provisional appt. letter of December 04)
VO: Does not specify joining date here?! (Got angry) Gentlemen, WHY DONT YOU LISTEN TO QUESTION COMPREHEND AND THEN FURNISH DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ?!!
Me: <thought screwed!! :-( >
Me: <gave actual appt. letter>
VO: Why u r service confirmed only after 6 months.
Me: Company rules & Policies.
VO: What u know abt u r petitioner?
Me: blah...blah...blah...NON STOP for 1 minute. <spoke as if I am in an elocution competition>
VO: <Scaned thru H1-B papers I-94,I-797 Edu eval cert.etc (which I recv frm my US employer) and said> Gentlemen! Please go to counter 1 and pay the fees. Wish you Good Luck!!
Me: <startled....over....its all over....i am thru.....my dreams are going to come true....>
Me: <was in a state of shock/disbelief when I was paying my fees thinking I've heard it wrong. After paying chked my docs....Passport missing. Ok!! So, shd be correct...happiness knew no bounds!>

Dear friends,
    Not always the path is thorny. Sometimes you may be asked to walk on cake as well. At the same time I've seen officers at other counters (on that day mine was 3. neighboring counter 4 & 5 VOs were blasting every one....H1, B1, H4 literally everything except Senior Citizens Visitor Visa)
Some of H1 were scheduled for a technical interview as well (who appeared to put fake exp. & employers.. One of them was threatened to be handed to Police Custody). So, my sincere advice.
Be COnfident. Honest and to the extent possible simple and straight.
Dressing does not matter as long as it is not vibrant colors and does not bias decisions
Have all the documents.
Prepare well and go.
Any sense of doubt in your answers, you will be cross-examined.

My date of birth in my DS-156 is wrongly entered.Iam not able to edit that field.My interview on Feb22.Plz anybody help me in this regard ,what to do.

I lost my form 16...and my ex- employer says that he dont ahve a duplicate.. Is form 16 necessary for visa documentation..?pls let me know
