I observed the person before was also rejected with the same remark.
I could here only last 2 questions to him:

L1 B blanket visa rejected - Not clearly approvable.
Interview time:Aug 4 2015 at around 9:45 am

VO-Good Morning
Me:Good Morning Sir.

VO-What does your company do?
Answered.Added some more details about myself:)

VO-Will you work in client location.
Yes I will work for YYYY client in YYYY location.

VO-What is your specialized qualification.
Answered - stated my post graduate degree,my experience, technology, proprietary tool details etc.

VO - After a pause,as per US laws you are not qualified...Thanks
Me:Thanks:(

Handed me over blue slip 221(g) sheet marked with following -
"Your blanket L1 is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I)(ii)(D) and INA 101(a) (15)(L).
You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition"

I read some post and got to know that now I can reapply for L1 individual. Can anyone highlight more on above rejection and other options for me.

Does every L1 rejection reapply for another L1 or only above type rejection reappply?

L1-B and L2 Approved 29th july
After getting lot of help on this site, I'm obliged to post my experience

I had my OFC on 29th 8AM took 15 mins and i was out

Visa Interview at 11AM same day, reached Consulate at 10.55 went inside and the whole procedure took just 25 mins and we were out

First Security check, pay the fees, scan four fingers (verification of OFC), a person will help you to arrange docs for interview, reach the VO officer counters no token was issued but a person was arranging everyone in queue.

As most of them have said in this forum already, be confident in your answers and be prepared, i have seen rejections towards my right and left in the queues and i was very tensed

Finally my turn, but question was reverse in order :)

VO : Are you husband and wife
Answered
VO: How long you have been married
Answered
VO: How many kids ?
Answered
VO : how did you know each other (arranged or love marriage)
Answered
VO: How your families know each other for arranged marriage
Answered
VO:what is your highgest qualification
Answered
VO: Going to work for a client ?
Answered
VO:what is your specialization
Answered
VO: what is your US salary
Answered
VO: Why only you from your team why not others ?
Answered
VO: Been to US before ? ( I had been to us before on L1-B in 2011 and was back in 2013)
Answered
VO: How long you stayed in US
Answered

To my wife

VO:What is your highest qualification
Answered
VO: Have you traveled to any other countries other than US
Answered

Finally took 1 min pause and then came the golden words your VISA is approved, stamped all three i-129's kept one and passport, returned 2 copies of stamped i-129s

Thats it !!! best of luck for all who are appearing for interviews in coming days

Query on L1B experience: Is it a problem if I was in the US for 4 months on B1?
Hi.. I am scheduling my L1B visa interview in August. I travelled to the US and was in my corporate office for 4 months to attend a lot of meetings. Is that going to be an issue for the L1B application? I came back 3 months ago.
