After all the initial formalities all are normal simple. My interview was completed in 1 minute

Vo:why you not some one else
Me:I am working from first day of the project when it started and I trained on xx,yy tools

4) What is the critical part that you find in for this position to go to US?
-- I have answered in such a way I prepared but he said dont tell the answers which you prepared !! Just give me the direct answer ..
Really I gone mad that I am out of the interview for the above response !!!
I said sorry and continued by point wise ... !!!
luckyly he accepeted ... that and moved to the next question ..
5) How many people are working in this project ?
6) does any one in your team has the same knowledge to handle this position ?

7) Finally he just said I am approving your VISA :)

Things to remember :::
1) confident and louder when you speak
2) even you do mistakes , just say sorry and continue !!
3) Dressing is very important for men !!!
4) the consuler is very strict and he didnt even smile :) or responsd when you greet him !!!
5) Ofcourse ... fate also matter here .. ( dont think about it )
6) the major thing is people who walke to the same counter before me from the same company with the different project .. they got rejected !!!

My sincere thanks to moderators of this site and to those who posted their experiences. This site helped me get L1B approved. I had my PA on May 03rd 2011. The questions are

Me: I am from YYYY and I have been with YYYY for the past 5 years

L1b Rejected
Hi All,
As we know that most of L1b visas are rejected these days. My L1b was rejected last month. Now my company is processing H1b for me.

I went for L1 blanket in Mar 2011 and the VO refused my visa indicating that i should apply for individual petition. This means that the VO was not convinced with my answer for granting me L1 status.
Later my Co. filed an individual petition which got approved and then again appeared for the interview.
The questions asked by Visa officer are as follows:

VO:- How many people reporting to you.
