I have my L1B interview at Kolkata consulate on 11th May 2011.
Right now in I 129S --> In educational and Experiance detail column ,My experiance is wrongly interpreted as 3.5 instead of 4.5 .
Also in 4.5 .. i have 3 years in previous organisation and 1.5 in current org .
Please advice me what to do while interview .as i cannt modify same .
also is there any modification related to experiance criteria in last 2 week . as our travel department told me that .. now onward its mandantory to have 3 years of exeriance in current organisation .

but my wife company also initiated her B1 and she will be tavelling in a week. I nthis case can I attend PI without my wife. Or she should be there for interview.

What is the success rate of DELHI for L1B ?
I have not seen any posts/experiences from DELHI for a long time. Does that mean its 100% rejection there ?

Our lawyer submitted all rfe info to USCIS and L1B case status shows Response review and they should make decision in next 15 days as its premium processing. What are the chances of getting petition approved in response review state for l1 visa?

Hello Friends,
I got my Visa Approved. My interview date was 21-Apr-2011, 0830 hrs (08:30 AM)at Hyderabad US Consulate.
Here are the interview questions:
1. What is your Company Name?
2. What is your Project Name?
3. What do you do in your company? (current designation & job details)
4. Current Salary?
5. Salary at US?
6. What is your Speciality? (nothing but your specialization)?
Thats it!
Here I would like to share few important things:
-> Ask your Company's Travel Dept.to review your documents (I129, I727 & Cover Letter) to make sure those are correct with all details including address locations where you are going. This is to save your time at Consulate office. Hope there would be no mistakes in documentation.
-> Reach the Consulate office at least 30min beofre your interview schedule time.
-> I just suggest better to take a Cab/Auto while going for this interview. Ofcourse, you can take your vehicles but there would no parking inside the Consulate office. Need park outside only.
-> Do not take your mobile phones, eatables, vallets(but take the cash that is sufficient to you) to the consulate office. Bottom line is carry the items as less as possible with you. This saves your time over there.
-> During you are in the queue, may be becuase of the croud, sometimes delay may happens like in my case. So, be patient and possitive.
-> Important: Verify your DD details, Consulate name on the DD should be correct, check with your company's travelling dept. but mostly mistkaes may not happen. I have seen one guy infront of me having the DD, missing one letter 's'(may be he was for H1, not sure). Becuase of this he went out to bring the cash.
-> When you done with Biometrics, take the Token slip and wait for some time untill your turn comes. Be cool. I foud there was one canteen counter in side beside to the waiting hall.
-> Coming to the interview part, interviewer tries to check your confidence levels and whether you are genuine. So, answer the questions precisely. Suggestion: Do not lean on the slab. If the interviwer voice is not audible, ask again to repeat the question. He will share the result there only when you done with interview.
My interview was cool. Hope all others same.
So, Dont worry where to go when you step in the office, you will be guided with the counter numbers and the ways all the times, be Happy and Cool. Perform well You will get your Visa.
