to USCIS but USCIS web site for case status still shows Request for Evidence
and not "Request for Evidence Response Review"
Also as its premium processing my company is saying we should get the case decision from uscis in next 2 weeks.
If the petition is approved in premium processing what are the chances of getting visa at embassy interview?
I am hoping for the best.

L1B Individual
Hello Friends,
I got 221(g) in feb 2011 & they asked me to apply under L1B Individual.
my company applied for l1 individual,
Now my case is with USCIS.
When i checked my case yesterday it was under post decision activity but today it went back to
Decison status(metioning that your I129 is been approved & we have mailed a approval notice)
Do anybody has gone through same sitiuation?
I am bit confused.
Please advice.

I have cleared my L1-B interview in Hybd Consulate, this week & i would like to share my experience with you.
Me : Gud Morning Sir. How you dOing?
VO : Gud Morning. Am fine.
VO : How many years of work exp in current company ?
Me : 45 Months, sir.
VO : What were you doing, before joining current company ?
Me : I did my Engineering
VO : University i studied
Me : Anna University
VO : May i know your specialization.
Me : Mainframe Technology Specialist & Insurance Domain Expert
VO : Who is ur client?
Me : XYZ, is my client
VO : Can you temme, about your client application
Me : Briefed abt my Insurance Application
VO : Why was my VISA got rejected, last time?
Me : I was not sure, where it went wrong in past. But, everything went normal, then.
Finally, VO had told me that he is approving my VISA & would reach me in next 3 working days.
One small suggestion from my end is to keep up your answers short & crisp, unless you were asked to brief.

L1-B Passport Delayed
Hi All
I had my visa interview along with my wife at Hyd on April 11, 2011 and my visa was approved.
My wife has received her passport with L2 stamped. However I have still not received my passport till today.
Please let me know if you have had similar delays.

L1-B Blanket got Rejected. Applying for L1-A Blanket
Hi,
I applied for L1-B Blanket visa in the month of March and it got rejected since I told that I am going to US for Coordinating projects and for handling bulk of communication between Teams in US and India.
Now as per my HR I am applying for L1-A Blanket.Since L1-A says that either we can manage people or any function in the company. I am applying L-1A blanket saying that I am managing a function in my COmpany.
Please advise me what sort of questions I may expect from VO and what are the chances of my approval this time for L-1A.

1. Who is your client ?
2. What are your duties ?
3. What is your specialized knowledge
4. What is your marriage date ?
Whole interview lasted for less than 2 minutes. Finally VO said the golden words "your visa is approved".
I feel that being confident is the key to get through interview. One important note: Though you upload your digital photo in DS160 on line form, please carry extra photographs. They may ask for it, if digital photo is not clear.

L1-B Visa on hold.Asked for 3 more docs
I appeared for interview on 21 April 2011 Delhi embassy.The lady asked me about my profile and my education.
She then asked me for the contract letter between my firm and ATT my client.I did not have that.So she returned my passport and gave me a green form marking all the docs she required.
I dont know after submitting these my visa will be approved or not

Hi ,
I had a valid L1B visa 2 yrs back and it got expired in 2010. My company wanted me to get L1B visa one more time as there is some requirement.
Can anyone please advise if the previous visa which got expired will be taken into consideration because i dint travel ?
What are the chances of getting visa in such scenario.
