I have got my L1B for myself and L2 for my 3.5yrs kid approved on 22nd march,
My Experience @ HYD Consulate was really nice. All the staff members were very co-operative and helpful. After document verification, cheque submission and finger prints, i got my turn for interview.
By God's grace all the questions asked to me were very simple and straight forward so did not have difficulty in answering them. Below are the Questions asked to me:
1. How many years of experience do you have?
2. what is the client name?
3. Team size
4. Why Only you?
5. Since how long you are with client.
Based on my experience experience with client matters.
I would suggest all the future aspirant to go through all the recent pages on this site and prepare well. Also people staying in hyderabad can visit to Chilkur Balaji.

Hi thanks a lot for posting your experiences here I have been following this space for last one month and finally my visa got approved at Chennai consulate.
Here are the questions asked during our interview.

Q5- If there is no change why don’t you do your work form India?

Wanted to share few points this may be useful-
* I think the confidence is the key for success. Preparation helped me lot to answer all my questions without any hesitation.
* There are many comments and questions about the qualification for the L1b blanket petition. I think computer science or engineering degree is not mandatory qualification because I do not have any of these. The important is your experience and how you present yourself during the interview.
* All the best to all future aspirants.

L1 Individual Visa Extension Pending (@ Delhi Branch)
My case: I have been in the USA for past 3 years on L1B and I overstayed but I got my extension (I-797) for another 2 years while I was there. I came back to India. Now I need to get my passport stamped for the additional 2 years that I got approved.
Interview:
Me: Good Morning Ma'm.
VO: Good Morning Sir, How are you?
Me: I am well, Thanks for asking.
VO: Which company do you work for?
Me: xyz India Pvt Ltd
VO: How long have you been working?
Me: x years and y months (over 6 years in this firm)
VO: What are your specialized skills?
Me: Told her about my 2 specialized skills and also told her that these skills are unique to me apart from my other regular job responsibilities.
VO: Ok sir, I would like you to go to Counter 21.
VO at Counter 21: Sir, your visa is approved but we need 2-3 weeks for administrative work.
He gave me a pink slip and striked off all the points and just wrote a Case number. He kept my passport and said they will deliver it in 2-3 weeks.

L2 Visa - Approved
I had my L2 visa interview question today morning 8:30 am in Hyderabad consulate.
I reached quite early, had to wait till 8:00 am. After entering to gate there was a separate line for BEP. but 90% of people were standing in that line only . I had to stand in the line for more than 1 hour, that is under direct sunlight, that was really tiresome. So, Do your breakfast well before coming for visa interview.
Below are the questions he asked:
VO: good morning
Me: good morning, pass on my BEP holder to him.
VO: So, how long you are working in YYYY company?
ME: I am not working in ZZZ, my husband is working there, I am here for L2 visa.
VO: ohhk, When did you get married?
ME: xx yyy 2009
VO: 2010??
ME: no, 2009
VO: show me your husband’s visa petition
ME: sure…shown
VO: show me his passport copy
Me: shown…
VO: Have you ever been to US earlier
Me: no, I haven’t been to US earlier
VO: why you have two names..
ME: another is my maiden name, before my marriage. ( I had changed my surname after my marriage)
(While generating DS160, I had mentioned my maiden name under ‘have you ever been known with different name’ section)
VO: (He typed something…..)
VO: your marriage was arranged?
ME: yes
VO: who arranged it?
ME: through relatives
VO: have you ever visited US
Me: (surprised!! Why he is asking same question again !!!) No, sir
VO: Ok, where is your husband?
ME: he is in xxx city
VO: When did he leave India?
ME: Before 15 days
VO: (was doing something for 15 seconds…..)
VO: after long time he said….your visa is approved you can receive…..
ME: thank you…with big smile 
His voice was not clear to me. In fact I was able to listen voice of next counter more clear than his. May be my voice was also not clear to him….so be loud while giving your answer, forget that you will be audible to many other people standing behind you.

L1-B interview on 23rd March @ Chennai Approved :)
Though my interview was @9.30 i reached the embassy by 8, they wont send in people based on timings we can just go there and stand in queue.
The questions i faced are

VO: Howyour are specialized? Please explain in detail.
Me: Explained abt my company internal tool which is used for Framework Dev & for value added I have included the HP tool also. And exposed getting the Knowledge of Both the above tools within the company is rare. Bcoz only 30 ppl experise on the company internal tool. In this I am the only person working as Sr.Consultant. Added I explained I worked with the same above tool s with my previous assignment with Disney also.
(While explaining above those things my petition got sealed as “Approved”

VO: Client?
Me: YYYY (Just 1 line of introduction abt Lowe’s and abt the business expansion within the US)
VO: When you got married:
