First of all,I really wanna thank this site moderator who have been doing a tremendous job.
My Interview was scheduled on Feb 10[7.45 AM]I reached the consultate 30 mins before.Finished all my security checks,Document Verfication,Border security Fee payment and was asked to wait in a hall where the real drama is abt to start :):)

VO : No Rply :( [ Semmma Bulb ] ur Documents Plz
ME : Once again i said Gud mrng With a smile :)

VO : What are going to do in US
ME : I am going to implement the toool in my Client N/W.I will do sme enhancements on that.. And Customization..
VO : He asked me to explain more
ME : Explained about my project details.
Thats it :) While giving my explanation on my project details.He started signing in my Petition..
VO : Ur VISA is approved and u will get it in a weeeks time.

Only one suggestion from my side. Prepare for the questions like:
1. What you will be doing in US
2. Why you have been choosen
3. What is your specialized skill
4. Why this project or task can not be performed from your home country.
If the VO is in good mood he/she will not ask any quetions apart from these questions.

We (self and spouse) visa got approved on 10-Feb. Queries asked were primarily for me as the principal applicant. No queries were asked to my wife.
Q - Queries primarily were related to nature of your job.
Soln - For this i would suggest to read the petition documents carefully. If possible 2 or 3 times.
Q - How does the job you intend to do, make it specialized?
Soln - Answer the unique abilities required to complete.
Q - Is the tool procured or developed within your organization xxx?
Soln - Answer based on facts
Q - Are you involved in customizing the xxx tool for the project?
Soln - Answer based on your experience
heard the golden words, approved.
Tips - Stay calm, Appear confident while talking. Don't fumble or stammer for words.Do not rehearse your answers. Answer to the point. Look at the interviewer straight in the eye and don't hesitate.

Just cracked the L1 VISA interview. I was little bit tense in the begining but end was good
1. Got the coupon first
2. Security Check
3. VO verified the docs
4. Submitted the DD
5. Got the Next VO
He asked me following questions

My reporting time is at 9:00, I reached at 8:30. It took one hour exactly to reach the VO for an interview.
One person standing in my queue is getting interviewd by her. But bad luck, he got rejected.
Then I got nervous and thinking that will effect on my visa too.. but god's grace it's not.... :-)
My Turn.........
We both greeted each other....at a time
VO: WHat is your designation in HSBC ?
VO: What is u r exp in HSBC?
VO: Are you getting married soon?
For the last question, as I was nervous, I have said "YES"
She asked me again .. "YES"
Then I realized and said... "NO No "
We both smiled at each other..at a time

Dont worry... Please be confident,and stand straigt, and wear a tie(for guys) if you have it.
