I been to Mumbai COnsulate for L1B Visa and VO handed over me 221 (G) yello slip
I seen many guys getting this and taking long long time
But in my case on next working day, my ADMIN department rcd call from Consulate for verification
is any one had same exp???
IF yes then how long it took to get mail from Consulate to submit documents?

I really thank this site to help the candidate to prepare for the interview. I had my interview on 10th Jan and got cleared. Here are the questions that the VO had asked me.
1. Which company you are from ?
2. Current Experience ?
3. Who is the Client?
4. What is your specialized knowledge?
5. Explain them
6. Anyone from your company has the same skills
7. Your current salary
To My wife
1. when you got married?
2. How did the proposal came from ?
3. Where did you meet him ?
Finally, the VO had told me that your visa is approved and you will collect the password in a week to your company....
So be confident in your answers and you can clear the interview. Its not that the L1 Blanket is getting rejected just like that, if you are confident in your answers, the VO will not stop you to issue a visa....

First of all thanks to this site and every one who shared there experiences and knowledge which is really helpful....
I had my interview scheduled at 9:30 AM and i reached delhi embassy at around 8:30 AM... it was a long Que there finally i had interview at 10 AM
here it goes:
ME : Good Morning Sir
VO : Good Morning
VO : for which company are you working for?
ME : ZZZ
VO : how long are you working with your current company
ME : 14 Months
VO : Which company did you work before?
ME : my previous company was xyz and client was xxx
VO : What you do for this company?
ME : I am working as Technical Architect in application called abc
VO : what this application does?
ME : explained
thats all, i did not believe that the interview is going to be so simple.. he said u will be getting your passport in weeks time by courrier.
i was so happy
the key is, just be confident, keep eye contact at all the time no matter if he is looking at u or at his monitor. keep smiling face and the Visa is yours.

Then she said what I have been dying to hear: "Your Visa is approved" :)

L2 Dependent Visa Approved
Hi all i have attended my L2 visa interview on 6th Jan 11 and have got approved. The one thing they are looking is our face expression and body language.So be bold and confident in attending the visa interview.

My interview happend in August,2010. The interview went on well. Be confident, dont speak to anyone when you are in the line in front of the VO.
I was initally tensed as my husband was also in US on L1B visa. He is also from a MNC company. But there were no questions to me in regard to my husband's details. So all these doesn't matter. Just be confident and answer to the point.
Try not to stammer and always say the truth. If you are from MNC company it would be even more easier.
I was asked only 3 questions:
Which company you are from?
Since how long are you working with this company?
To which place in US are you travelling to?
Thats it and then came the golden words....Your Visa is approved.
Have faith in god and yourselves.
