L1 visa renewal
First i would like to thank all who had posted their experiences.
Recently i had my L1B renewed my L1B visa from Hyderabad consulate. I was bit tense when approaching VO because i had never travelled to US using my previous L1B in three years .. i thought that would be a negitive point but luckly that turned positive as it itself proves that i had no intension to stay US
My interview went on like this
Myself: Good Afternoon Sir,
VO: Very Good Afternoon
VO: Documents pls
Myself: handed over my documents
VO: Why are you travelling to US
Myself: My company had transferred me to YYY company
VO: Where are you working currently
Myself: ZZZ
VO: Then what is YYY
Myseft: YYY is subsidiary of ZZZ
VO is satisfied with these very simple answers i gave and greeted me to have a plesent stay in US
My Suggestions:
Never get tensed about rejections, they only happen if your documention is not good or if you dont know the rules of Visa which you have applied for. Stay cool .. and dont forget to have one beautiful smile on your lips ..All the best

I was a bit curious about the big day of the visa stamping.So many rejection I have read here... anyway all the posts have resulted me to prepare well for the interview.That's why I am writing here for other's help.
I am in the queue where another person is standing in front of me. He got rejected and the VO has asked that the final call will be taken after 3 months... I was really confused whether the same is going to happen to me also... Anyway here is the jisat of all the happennings...

Few Tips:
Go to the consulate just 10 mins before your reporting time. They allow you only 10 mins before.
Be very confident and answer questions cooly.
Be honest/truthful.
Always sport a smile.
Maintain proper eye contact with VO.
Make sure to greet him/her as soon as you see them.
Never get bogged down by seeing rejections. I saw many of them happening before me.
Follow these tips, VISA is yours.

Nowadays i keep on hearing about so many rejections happening for L1B. However, most posts in this forum are success stories. It seems only people who get it approve post back here.
For those who get their visa denied - friends, i know how dejected you must feel, but please don't hesitate to share that experience with all.
Why do you think you got rejected, what your company visa cell is saying about your rejection, your future course of action etc...
Remember, we learn more from failures than from successes. Please do post back

Thanks to the moderator of this site.
I reached there 1 hour before scheduled time and i have to stand in queue for 1 hr. It was very hot.
finally i got chance for my visa interview. It Lasts for 10 to 15 Minutes. Very long interview, i never expected that much big interview.
Only thing i say is to be confident and always look in to the eyes of VO and tell ur answers.
I greeted affectionately to VO
Me : Good Morning. How r u?
VO : i m fine and u?
Me : i m good.
VO : Who is ur employer?
Me : xyz
VO : What is ur specialization?
Me : Shared my specialization on applications i knw.
VO : What u will be doing in US?
Me : I will be gathering business requiremets then will convert them to technical requirements and then to program code for my applications.
VO : Who will give u requirements?
Me : Client will give me the requirements.
VO : I am still not getting it completely, Please explain when u will get requirements and how u will proceed?
Me : Whenever there is enhancement in application, Client will give us business requirements and i have to analyse those requirements and then i will convert it to technical requirement and then will do coding for it.
VO : What are ur responsibilities in india?
Me : Shared my responsibilities specific to my application in india.
VO : How much is ur salary here?
Me : xyz
VO : How much experience u have with ur employer?
