L1b rejected@Chennai
Hello,

My visa got rejected

I was asked these questions.

1.What are you going to do in US?
2.What are you doing in india?
3.What is you specialized skill?
4.What is your experience in the client application?

My bad luck i went to that Fat lady at Chennai US Consulate.I gave the answer confidently but she rejected my application. She even didnt see my petition. She is there only for rejection.Avoid going to that fat lady.If you are going to that lady sure shot rejection ,no other go. She gave me a blue paper saying tell you employer that your visa is not approved under specialized category.

Please note down the following:
1.Dont go that fat lady(100% chance of rejection)
2.U are at top of ur Luck Time
3.Pray from God she falls ill due to loose motion and all other interviewer are in very good mood.

My L1B got rejected
hi all,

Last week march 7th i went for my visa interview at chennai consulate.

the questions were very usual questions.

1. what are your specialization skills
2. what is your team size
3. why you are going to US
4. what is the toolname.

my passport was returned with blue form 221g and marked with category 'your visa is not currently approval under this category'.

the reason given by VO is,my skills are not so specialized skills, further skills will be considered special only if it cannot be replaced at US. So prepare your questions with answers accordingly and be confident in your answers.

thanks,
applicant
