Before interview.
There will be separate queue for L1B. So make sure you are standing in the correct queue (Security usually take care of this).
You will get a Pink token . This needs to be shown at the counter.

For interview i will say read till the questions are getting repeated. :)

The VO are very helpful. If you are genuine case then they will help you even if you are nervous. My friend(she got nervous in her first answer) was told by VO that consider me as your BoyFriend. He investigated her docs but it was DONE for her also.

So be confident, stand straight( don't be causal). keep eye contact and its done.

For me the questions were:
How many years u have been in this company?
 Specialized knowledge of Business meet?
 Which copy right tool? Explain.

Thats it...

All the best....

Thanks to everyone who have posted your experience here. It was very useful.

Questions:

Me : Hello Sir. Good morning.
VO : Hi Sir. Good morning. How are you doing?

Me : Doing good Sir. Thank you. How are you?
VO : Fine.

VO : What's your experience?
Me : 3 years and 5 months

VO : Who is your client?
Me : YYYY

VO : What does YYYY do?
Me : Bla Bla....( for a minute ) ( by this time VO had started entering something in his system. I understood that my VISA is approved and thanked GOD )

VO : What's your role in the project?
Me : Bla Blas ....again

( I heard the golden words )

VO :Your visa is approved. It will be sent in a week.
Me : Thank you very much and have a nice day.

VO : You too.

Notes:

* I personally believe that the entire process depends on your luck
* Attend the interview in formals ( with tie )
* Be there at-least 1 hour earlier to the scheduled time
* Go through at-least 5 pages of this site. I assure you it will give confidence
* Sometimes I would get tensed but I had the following in mind which cooled me - "getting rejected is not the end of world. You will certainly have more opportunities"
* For people who will go to Chennai - There is a fat lady and a guy ( with specs, thin and long face ). These 2 usually do most of the rejections. So somehow try not to go into their counter.
