VFS - Unable to download Courier Labels
I processed an OCI renewal application at VFS and paid for the Courier service. I received the acknowledgement letter along with a receipt. However, when I try to print the Courier labels I get the following error:
"Failed to download courier label,Please try again later."
I have tried numerous times and even tried different browsers, cleared the browser cache, tried on mobile phone but no luck.
Does anybody have a solution for this issue?

VFS - New York
VFS New York received my OCI card two weeks back. Still no update on when they will ship to me.

I am having a nightmare with VFS.
1. My wife's application - mismatch between the OCI application (parents names listed on their indian passport) and her old indian passport (no middle name as different states in India approach middle name inclusion in passport differently). Upon multiple email inquiries and phone calls, we were advised to send notarized affidavit confirming inconsistencies in the name. Two options - either parents send it from India or applicant send it on their behalf. We decided to go with the latter considering time sensitivity. After two weeks of receipt, got email saying application has been rejected as "reason for parents not sending" was not sent to VFS. No refund as well! The only option is to start all over again and we might end up in the same place.
2. My son's application - the 1st application registered old address by default as we had chosen only one reason for re-issuing a new OCI (passport change) and had not selected address change as well. Noticed the error and did not send the application to VFS SF. Reached out for refund, filled form and submitted as a response to their email. One month with couple updated saying it will take 15 working days to refund and after multiple emails/phone calls we finally get a response that refund is not processed as the form was not mailed to them. There is no mention on the website it should be mailed to them. The response is never to the latest email.
I think CKGS was much better! This service has been pathetic. Hope someone is having a better experience.

VFS COVID-19 Announcement
I guess all the noise that we have made over the past few days regarding delays have prompted VFS to take action as they have added a COVID announcement on their website today stating that there will be delays in processing of applications and that we should wait for 2-3 days before checking status. What a joke! My application has been printed and with them but they aren't shipping yet due to whatever reason.
A customer care rep told me that it takes 7~9 business days after VFS receives OCI Card from embassy to process and ship to us.

Refund process
Has anyone successfully processed a refund through VFS yet?
I have followed all the documented process and sent them the form on 6th of Nov. No ack, no response nothing so far.
On following up- I get the stock response - wait for 7-15 working days blah blah

I applied for my OCI and the acknowledgment date is Nov 18th, 2020.

Applied from San Francisco VFS global center. Did anyone receive OCI card who applied around the same timeline via SF VFS ?
My daughter is separated from her mother who is in India currently. She had to travel to India due to emergency purposes.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to propagate my emergency condition to the authorities for receiving the OCI card faster?
I'm also thinking if it is possible to in any way collect the OCI directly in India or show the processed message to the immigration authorities. Please suggest.

New OCI - VFS global NYCGI
I applied for new OCI Nov-11 and application forwarded to embassy on 16th nov and received my passport back from vfs on 27th nov...
My OCI was processed and reached newyork CGI on 08-DEC-20..
I sent fedex prepaid label to vfs global after I received my passport as it mentioned like please send us fedex return label with your details did that on 01-Dec-20
Also, i mailed them return label on 14th dec hoping they respond to mail label to VFS newyork...still no response.
On 18-dec-20 i called embassy asking for my oci card if it was dispatched to vfs to my surprise they did sent to vfs
Vfs is just holding and waiting for paid call money they would earn by keeping us waiting for oci card...its seems like a scam...don’t contact them via call/query portal its useless and they will say the same thing that what you are seeing in online status...they are waiting for paid call money...just wait till they send you the card and don’t keep your hopes as they would return your card after that day it was processed...and dont call and make them rich...

My oci card has been dispatched from New Delhi dec 17 still haven’t received it in mail what do I do need to travel ASAP on Xmas day what should I do any number I call or someone else in a same boat please reply thanks

New OCI courier Question
Submitted a return label(to get OCI card) and 15$ money order (to return passport).But I got my passport using the return label I sent and my money order was returned along with the passport. Status of application is - Reached Embassy - Washington DC
