USA - ECUADOR SHARING CRIMINAL RECORDS?
Hi, I'm about to accept a plea where deportation to Ecuador seems inevitable and I've heard so many different stories about what exactly my situation would be once I've arrived to my country. Conviction will involve crime of turpitude and aggravated felony, and even though guilty plea offers no jail time, but 10 years probation, and SOAR registration, I'm afraid and need to know if this is going to continue at my country upon my arrival.
It's been said depends on the country if it has an agreement with USA to share criminal records but not 100% sure and don't know where to confirm so.
Please help me understand what exactly I'll be facing and/or if I should continue negotiation for a better plea/offer.

Is there anyone who applied N400 application online or by mail after Mar/18/2020 from VA and have got biometrics completed yet? If yes, please share your experience and how much time USCIS took to schedule your biometrics appointment?

Second interview after decision can not be made in first one
Hi everyone, I got a call yesterday from the USCIS office about an interview next week, and they were calling to make sure that I can do it next week. However, I told the agent that I did my interview, and we're waiting for a decision for more than a year and we're told couple of times that they were doing background check. She was surprised at the beginning; then she said that it is another interview. I didn't get any paper yet related to the next interview but today myuscis website changed from interview was scheduled to invalid interview date.
Is this common? Anyone has experience with that? Should I take a lawyer even though i’m 1000% sure I have any legal or background problem?

Interview questions
Just received the long awaited naturalization interview note. I got 2 questions. I applied Nov 2019 employment based.
On the second page, uscis asks me to bring green card and passport and other supporting documents. Does this mean originals of what's already uploaded online? Any need for pre-GC documents (visa days and adjustment os status days)
Also, wife given appt 9am, I got 12:30 pm. Can one ask for both be interviewed together? Anyone been in similar situation? Do they ever interview husband and wife together?

Has anyone actually spoken to a live representative lately? Seems like something has changed and I cannot get passed the automated responses. Really frustrating! Anyone have any tips that has spoken to a live person in the last week?

oath Ceremony due to a request I DIDNT MAKE

i had my citizenship interview in the 17th of November 2020, a week later i received a letter that the case has been approved , and i should wait for the oath ceremony letter, today the 28th, i received a letter that say that upon my request my ceremony in December 18th was canceled . now i didn't receive a letter for the ceremony appointment , and for sure i didn't make a request to cancel it. i checked my account online, and it shows under my case history that my case was scheduled and canceled twice, then for the third time it was scheduled and mailed, these 6 actions all happened in the 23rd of November. under documents it shows a two letters for the ceremony scheduling and the letter of cancelation which was the only one i received by mail. today is Saturday couldn't talk to anyone, but i am seriously worried, if someone had a similar experience and have an input i really appreciate that.

Hi guys, I applied for my N-400 naturalization on the 10th of November and it was delivered to them 2 days after that but since then they haven’t sent me no notification, no text or email that they received my application. Now I’m confused to see if they received my application or not and can y’all tell me how long it takes y’all to receive a notification that they received your application.

Hello hope all had a good Thanksgiving. Some good news finally. Arrived in today's mail interview letters for us for mid December. Filed mid November 2019.
Quick question: should we leave kids home with babysitter or would they be in USCIS office as it was for biometrics appointment last year??
