Ombudsman No Help
It’s been almost 3years since USCIS haven’t provide any updates after decision cannot be made. A couple months ago I contacted ombudsman, but they sent me a letter which doesn’t make any sense.(see below)

Thank you for your request for case assistance. In response to our inquiry, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) indicated that your case is under active review. However, USCIS is unable to provide a specific timeframe for resolution of the case. Our office will continue to monitor USCIS’ progress on a regular basis until there is a specific action or resolution. We will contact you as soon as we receive an update from USCIS.

Please be advised that USCIS is the responsible party for moving cases forward, and the Ombudsman’s Office has no role in the adjudication process.

What should i do next?

N-400 Naturalization Application taking too long?
Below is my timeline:

09/16/2018 Application was received (online)

10/10/2018 Biometrics Appointment (We reviewed your biometrics)

And there has been no update ever since. There was a countdown up until August 2019 and after that the message changed to "We are taking longer than expected to process your case. You do not need to do anything at this time."

I submitted 3 outside normal processing time requests and every time I got the same non-informative automated email with "We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time."

Does that mean my application is rejected, lost or buried in the shuffle? And is there anything I could do to mitigate the situation?

I-751 Approved but also an N-400 without applying for it
Good Day Everyone,

I have this weird experience. I recently received my approval notice for I-751 on the mail. The letter also indicated that based on their records, they have also approved my N-400 application, which I haven't even applied for yet. Anyone has any insight regarding this matter? Has anyone experienced the same thing this year? They received my I-751 application August of last year. I'm pretty concerned about it. Something fishy seems to be going on. I plan to call them this week and ask about it.

I became a US citizen
Hello Folks,
YES YES YES!! It's done!! Eventually, I become a US citizen yesterday 07/17. My ceremony was scheduled at 9:30 AM and I was there around 8:30 just be incasing if something happens on the way. I got a nice parking spot just next to the USCIS precinct. I was waiting in the car since they won't let me get in before 9:00 am and the parking is for 2 hours which was and will be sufficient for you guys too. I had a MeterUp parking app and it was so convenience to start my parking time. Anyway everyone was greetings since they know the reason for the visit. They really make you so comfortable and relax. We were 15 people (most probably 15 or 12 different nations). We were waiting in the waiting room and then an officer scot us to the oath ceremony room.
Now I like to mention something here, it was a very stressful day instead of happiness I was so nervous and scared of something. You see I had a stupid traffic citation which I got in Maryland on the way to Washington. It was a speeding ticket captured by the camera. The fine was only 40 bucks and I was thinking not to disclose it. But the night before after many hours of consideration and thought I eventually decided to disclose and answer question number 4 with "YES" honesty is the best policy. And an African American officer leads us to the oath ceremony hall and at the door asking some questions regarding COVID-19 if we were infected or family members were exposed to the coronavirus or went to any party or join any big gatherings etc. and then he asks to show the N-445 ... here goes my nerve... I was so nervous and ready to show my confirmation of payment but then he just showed me the lady who was sitting beside the table where were our citizenship certificates and a box where we drop our green cards. I didn't say or talk about my citation and praying that soon it will over. We check our name and DOB and the took a sit where were a flag and oath of allegiance and a US constitution. The judge appeared on a big TV screen and then that African American officer calls us by our country name and had to stand before the judge and then the same officer represents us to judge and request to conduct the oath. The judge was reciting the oath of allegiance and that's it we took some pictures no guest was allowed so we helped each other to take a picture. I went in 9:00 oath was scheduled 9:30 am and I was out around 10:00 am
So that N-455 they don't give much attention unless something really big.
