N400
Dear applicants!
How long it will take treat a case get processed if n FairFax field office?
My case was transferred from USCIS early this year to FairFax field office and I didn’t heard anything. When I asked for service request, they answered Me with the following text which isn’t helped me at all to know why is it taking so long to process my N400 application.

USCIS records confirm that your case is pending at this time. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security and compliance with all relevant directives. We are unable to determine at this time when we will complete the review process for your N-400. We will mail you a notice when or if any action is required.

We hope this information is helpful to you
Any same experience?

UPDATE !!
Based on a 5 year rule. Nashville, TN

Application submitted..............April 7, 2019
Biometrics done.......................April 22, 2019
Interview done..........................October 30, 2019
Oath taking ............................. November 22, 2019 (7:30AM Nashville)

Right after the interview, the IO informed me that i got approved and that my Oath taking would be taking place in 2 weeks in Nashville downtown.
The letter had been posted on my online account the following day stating my oath taking schedule and location. The actual/original letter came in after 4-5 days.

The Nashville oath taking location didn’t offer any passport application acceptance but they gave us all the forms needed for passport application and voting registration etc. I went to the USPS office that has passport application service the next day with expedite service paying $60 extra.

PASSPORT—- Nov. 23rd, (Saturday) i applied for the Passport and passport card. On Dec. 3rd, (after 10days ) i got a notification saying my passport had been approved and at the same time had been mailed out. Dec. 7th, got my passport. It was pretty fast considering that i applied on a Saturday and a Holiday week (Thanksgiving week.) I thought it would take 3 weeks because of the holiday, but i was wrong.

7 months in the making.
( Came to America in 2004 on H1B Visa, still with the company that sponsored me til today)
Have had so many vacation trips abroad mostly Europe all through my US stay.
Three renewals of my H1B sponsorship until my Green card approval.

To the waiters, do not be anxious, your interview notice might come tomorrow.

I751 pending N400 interview rejected
Hi everyone,

I applied for N-400 while 751 is still pending, USCIS scheduled the appointment for me for the interview 5/4/2019. However, the officer took me to her office put me in an oath and then said she has to go somewhere, after 5 minute she got back and said that she has to send me home because my 751 is still pending. My I-751 has been pending for 1 year and 7 months and it based on married. IO said she would reschedule for another interview and she did not give me any paper or any instructions. It was at boston field office
Have anyone had the same problems? And how long does it take for you to receive a new notice?

Please share yours. Much appreciated!!

Passed English and Civis test but a decision cannot made.
Hello everybody,
I’m new in forum.
I was interviewed on 11/22/2019 at Santa Ana Field Office.
I had a speeding ticket 2 years ago ( I went to traffic school and paid a fine about $300).
I answered “YES” for question 23. and “NO” for 22., 24 and 25. on my N-400 form (Part 12. Additional Information About You)..
During my interview, the IO officer asked me a receipt for my speeding ticket. I did not have it to show her.
Results(checked only 2 boxed on N-652 form): 1.passed the English test and U.S. history and government test, 2.A decision cannot be made yet about your application.
After I went out the uscis office. I went to the court house and got a receipt with stamped and charged $25. Then, I came back to uscis office same day. I gave her my receipt that I recently got from court house. She took me into her office again and I signed more paper (Part 18. Oath of Allegiance). Finally, she said “your application recommended for approval”.
Now, there are not any updates on my online account since my interview. Just show “We scheduled your interview”.
So, I’m very worry about it.
When can I get an update and an oath letter ?
What next step can I do ?

Anyone same my boat ?
Please help me everybody.
Thank you.

Change of address N400
Is it mandatory to update address on N-400 application based on your current physical location.
I moved to different state because of my new job, Thinking of not to update address as i am hoping to get interview schedule in couple of months at previous location.
I have completed 6 months after biometrics if i change address than again i need to wait for 8 to 10 months for interview at transferred location.
Pls help me with your best suggestion.

Waiting for Interview in Houston for N400 Application for Naturalization
Hello all,

Anyone filled in Houston TX in the month of May 2019 waiting or got their interview schedule?
My timeline has been like this so far.

May 26, 2019 We received your application
May 31, 2019 We scheduled your biometrics appointment
June 19, 2019 We reviewed your boimetircs you do not need to do anything at this time...
Estimated case completion time: September 2020 (9 months)
Estimated wait time: 8 months

Since the beginning, on every first day of every month, the name of the month used to change on "estimated case completion time" on my account.
For example November changed to October and then October changed to September.
I have noticed that it has been 4 days since we are in to September and still it is showing September, I mean to say it should've changed to August. Is that sign of any good news?

Any thoughts appreciated.
