Citizenship interview decision cannot be made
Hello all,
I had citizenship interview in early October this year in Houston. I passed the tests but officer gave me N-652 that marked “Decision cannot be made at the time.” The officer was very professional, very courteous and only asked everything from application and interview test booklet. I had no issues whatsoever on application or my personal record.
It’s been 2 months now and the status online says “we scheduled your interview” that’s from September. I called helpline 2-3 times, they said I have to wait atleast 90 days before submitting an inquiry.
Anyone experienced such? Is this normal? I read other posts where people get oath notices on same day.

My interview experience was very delightful. I was asked about 5-6 questions as follows:

Oath ceremony cancel due to unforeseen circumstance
I had mi interview in August, the request the original from
Some papers and my status change on sep 23 to “we placed in line
For oath ceremony, in October 17 they send me the letter and my oath
Supposed to be on 06 December, last week I received a letter saying my oath ceremony is cancel for “unforeseen circumstances” my status on line is the same
“We send the letter with the day and time for your oath” it is in Las Vegas also I request for change my name, Does anyone have an experience like this ? It’s for my name change ? I called the USCIS but they don’t help me. Thank you !!

Advise on Rescheduling Biometrics
My son, who is currently out of the US and returning on Dec 16, lost his GC and applied online for replacement.
He just received a message on his USCIS online Account that he has been scheduled for Biometrics, but the Notice has not yet been uploaded onto his online Account and the hard copy has not yet arrived.
If the Biometrics date is before he returns to the US on Dec 16, what is the best way for him to reschedule the Biometrics?
