My N-400 Time:
June 15- N-400 submitted online.
July 10- Bio metric
September 25th- Interview scheduled
October 26th -interview
My interview was at Oakland Park Florida , the officer is not polite or rude just total different in the way she process the interview, something happen and she doesn't explain clear to me ,leave the office and comeback in 25 min around, and start the interview never advise me let go to star... my civic question answer:

1) Citizen 18 and older can vote.
2) Speech
3) Maryland,North Carolina and Virginia
4) The constitution.
5) Congress.
6) November.
Continue with the ever question no more than 10...name age SSN address Employer name last trip all yes question my doc GC passport and DL ...in the middle she did the Allegiance . when and up ..she said is ok sit and up your right hand...surprise me I'm expected when the interview stared...but the interview is fast no more than 8 min,with all stress because she left me in her office for 25 min..passed...super happy but decision is not made yet..,she said I will receive the decision by mail..almost 3 week...nothing ..my online status is the same : we schedule the interview...she not explain reason clear but something happen with Orlando Office never send the Permanent Res file.Can help me with this please ...How long? Why the online status not change to attended the interview??

I went to interview for Naturization 4 months ago

They said I passed the test but decision can not be made.

It has been already 120 days

Can anyone tell me what I should do next??

I need some advice from some wise folks here.

Me and spouse have GC since 07/2010 which was based on EB2. Thought/Need of naturalization never occurred to us but now since we have a remaining GC validity of less than 9 months (07/2020), we are in fix. We are not sure if we start Naturalization process or renew our GC when we are within six months of expiry.

Based on the current processing time, we cannot get either before our GC expire. Our DL is also tied to the GC expiry date. Our employment status may be tied also.

Can somebody suggest what could be a better approach and what need to be done as we get close to GC expiry? Do we start naturalization now in Nov 2019 or start GC renewal in Jan 2020? Which has more probability of coming earlier, assuming things go smooth?

I am based in ATL and we do have a college bound USC kid, starting next fall so little worried about status.

Is it possible to obtain E-visa for India without renunciation of Indian passport. I have travel planned after couple weeks of oath so i do not have time to apply for renunciation as it will take sometime. I am planning to apply after few days once i am back.

Is anyone has experience or knowledge about this, Please help.

I have been on this forum for months watching every boody 's case and see their experiences wich very useful for my whole process while I was waiting on the line .infact the forum is a very very important tool for people that have immigration cases going on. Other people experience help you understand your process better
Is my whole story

I was granted conditional resident on September 26 2016 and after 2 years i will have to file to remove the condition on my green card. Which I did on 1 years and 9 months before the green card expired this is how the whole process went through.

06 26 2018 I filled the I751
07 03 2018 uscis receive my application
O7 13 2018 receive I receive the I797C which is extended my conditional resident for 18 months
After that I had never heard anything from uscis for months
11 26 2018 I had received a letter tha say they will use my previous fingerprint that was captured no need for any other biometric, then on
05 29 2019 I received a biometric appointment letter wich was code 5 type
06 10 2019 I attended my biometric appointment

After my fingerprint taken everything went calm again, until
After 2 years and 9 months being an LPR I'm able to apply for citizenship because I was granted my green card through my wife who is a US citizen
I file my my N400 paper filled while my I751 is pending, I filled with a copy of the I797 I was received when I filled the I751 and a copy of the expired 2 years green card
I wrote a nice cover letter with my application where I asked to combine the N400 with the already pending I751 I could have a combo interview they would adjudicated together
06 26 2019 N400 filled (paper filled)
07 12 2019 I have received an other 797 C biometric appointment (code 5 type) again
07 24 2019 biometric appointment attended
The same 07 24 2019 I received a letter that said my I751 had been transferred from CSC to NBC where the N400 is processing
09 17 2019 N400 had been selected for an interview
11 06 2019 I attended my interview

I went to the interview with my wife and our 3 year 9 month old son, go with him was not mandatory because the interview was at 7:40 we wouldn't have enough time to get him to daycare then go to the interview but we come to realize go with him was the best choice my wife and I did anyway , is why
When they call me for interview the IO saw My wife and I together with our son sit in the lobby she asked. Is this little fellow outside with your wife your son together ? I respond yes then she replied ok your wife don't have to come she can stay with your son outside
Then she went straight to the I751 just asked a few questions in confirm a few stuff like your adress and I forgot to ad my daughter's name wich was born before I met my wife on the I751 she correct it and added it , then she said the I751 can wait now let's go with your N400
She starts asking me the questions . But before we started I made a mistake on the N400 before I swear to tell the truth I asked her to correct wich she said no problem we will go to that after

To be honest i forget the questions I was being asked but I remember I answer all af them correctly
Except for the reading and writing part which was who lives in the white house she asked me to read and the president lives in the white house I wrote for writing
Then start asking me the yes an no the questions
After the test, she gave me a paper that says your N400 is approves
Then she said go wait in the lobby because I have to ask someone godhead and take out the condition on your green card before I can give you an ceremony appointment letter for next week because we have one coming up
After 20 minutes sitdown someone call my name gave me the paper and said congratulations Sir your citizenship ceremony is

I had been waiting for my N-400 decision for over 2 years . Finally I got my decision and which was frustrated.My story is I got US at Dec 2010 under IR2 category my stepdad sponsored the whole my family which is my mom(Not real mom niece she adopted me ) , my sisters . when we got here my mom and my stepdad they got divorced which was USCIS determined as Shady marriage . They Denied my application with 2 reason 1.The marriage of my mom and my stepdad was not valid for immigration purposes . 2 I`m not biological daughter of my mom.
My question is what is gonna be next step ?
Should i appeal ? which is impossible to win .
are they gonna come after my green card ?

Does Anybody or any related friends has that kind of experience ?

I just finished my interview this morning, and the result was a box checked with a decision has not been made, they photocopied all my papers asked and all my 3 passports. How many months are they going to checked all those documents? Are they going to deny me?

Hello guys:) My timeline 06/06/2019 applied online for i400 based on 5 year greencard.06/08/2019 biometrics scheduled.06/25/2019 biometrics done.10/01/2019 interview scheduled.11/04/2019 interview.My interview was in Atlanta field office.Was very busy a lot of people was waiting for their interviews as well.I waited for my number to be called around 3 hours.I passed my interview.Waiting for updates:)

 oath ceremony scheduled for November 8th at 9:00 am
anyone here have a oath ceremony scheduled at Philadelphia office for November 8th ?
