Getting Close
I had my interview on July 11th and received the paper that said "Congratulations you have passed the test and we will send your application for approval". Since then I've been checking my status online and finally it says that my Oath Ceremony has been sent. I do not have the details and I don't have an account on the site so I can't download a copy of it but I'm sure I will be getting it soon from my attorney. Getting closer! I'm so excited.

Estimated case completion time - Brooklyn, NY office
How accurate is the Estimated case completion time and Estimated wait time showing in the USCIS account? Also, anyone can explain the difference btw the two estimated time?

I have passed my naturalization interview and test at the Brooklyn, NY, office back in May. I haven’t received any status update or notifications since mid June.

Almost over
Hey Guys!
I just wanted to update you all on my case progress. I live in Queens, NY. I applied on the bases of being a resident for 5 years. I applied on Oct 29th 2018, my biometrics was scheduled on Nov 2nd 2018, I attended my biometrics appointment on Nov 20th 2018 and then there was a long wait. I kept receiving my bi weekly updates. My interview was scheduled on June 24th 2019 and I attended and passed my interview on Aug 1st 2019. I don’t remember the questions I was asked but it doesn’t really matter because no two people will be asked the same set of questions since the computer spits out the questions randomly. My interviewer wanted to start with going over the form first but I asked to be questioned first, so we did the reading, writing and then the civics test. Whilst going over the form he asked me a few biography questions and then yes/no questions. It was pretty straight forward. My mom and I follow the same time line however she got her oath letter the same day for Aug 28th 2019 while I was told I have to wait to get mine in the mail. The interviewer told me his supervisor has to look over my file and I should hear back within a week. We were interviewed at Federal Plaza on the 4th fl but in different offices. I applied for a name change as well.

How long did you guys have to wait for your oath letter? Passport? I want to apply for my fiance after this.

6 more months from today, the website said... (8/5/2019)
The timeframe never changed. A month ago, it said 7 months.
Now, it is 6 months to go.
Very consistent. Just counting down.
I wanna travel abroad.
Don't know if it will affect eligibility somehow.

Parking @ Houston Service Center (810 Gears Road)
How is the parking @ 810 Gear Road location? Can one park withing the facility or have to park in the nearby areas? The N400 appointment is on a Saturday, so I assume nearby businesses are closed and should not be a problem.

Any input will be appreciated on where to park and how much earlier to arrive. Thanks - Ray

N400 Brooklyn NYC
Hello everyone
I have applied for citizenship in Dec 2018 NYC Brooklyn office and no interview date yet.
Compare to other states like Ohio or New Jersey, It's too long waiting time.
By the way I have stopped receiving the "no update notification" since 6 weeks and usually I received it every 2weeks.
Did anyone get interview date from Dec 2018 application in nyc?

Thanks for the reply.
