Uscis waiting time, Dallas or anywhwre
Recently read an article where it says that applications for citizenship will be transferred to offices that have short waiting time to even the wait time between offeces.
Is there anyone in here that has been transferred to another office?

Newly filed N-400 application
Hi guys,
I'm not sure what to think as I have a mixed feeling about my case.
So I filed online May 9 2019, and in 2 weeks, my biometric was scheduled. After my biometric, I relocated to another state in the last week of June. I filed a change of address online and it was acknowledged. My estimated case completion time before I relocated was 15 months, but after the change of address, it changed to 9 months. To my greatest surprise, I received a notification this morning saying my interview has being scheduled,that I should expect to see the appointment letter stating the date,venue and time on my case status in a few days. What's surprising is, I only filed in May. It's just about 2 months and I'm already scheduled for an interview. I've never heard of any case of N-400 application being scheduled for an interview in just 2 months. So my people,is this normal? As I don't know what to think or how to feel about this. Knowing how unnecessarily long and dreadful uscis processes this applications. All opinions are welcome. Thanks.

My wife's rough timeline:
Nov 2018 - N400 application
Dec 2018 - Biometrics
April 2019 - interview notice for May 2019 interview, but cancelled one day later
May 2019 - rescheduled interview notice for June 2019 interview
June 2019 - interview (passed)
July 2019 - oath ceremony
My wife and 300 other immigrants had their oath ceremony today at a high school in Alexandria, VA. I thought my main emotion of finally getting to the end would be relief, but it was pretty inspiring to see the collective happiness of the entire room. A lot of really old people naturalized. I thought it was cool that they wanted to do this so late in their lives.

Can you give me thoughts how long I will wait for my interview? And ceremony? And if I am thinking to travel for an overseas vacation shall i wait or travel before my interview ? Would that affect my case?

9 months and still waiting in nyc
Hello everybody.. I applied 9 months ago for my naturalization process in the bronx new York City and I still waiting to see something different in the system.. This process hahas been very stressful for me.. Somebody can tell me something positive about it... I think 9 monthsis too much time to wait...

I will be going for my interview next week and I have a questions. Have got 2 kids and my boyfriend not listed on my 2 kids birth certificate..........
Now, we went to the office to add him because of my interview they might ask and they told us it will take 5 months to process.
Because of my interview next week, have got their birth certificates but father not on them. What would be the perfect answer if officer ask why father name not listed?? Can that be an issue?
