Naturalization Interview for NYC
Hi Guys,
I applied for Naturalized based on 5 years filing on 1/14/19
completed biometrics 2/7/19 and no interview since then. I contacted USCIS service line and filed a case inquiry and received an email a week later from USCIS field office in NYC that my request for interview in under review. Its been up to a month now and still no interview. I contacted USCIS call center again yesterday and was told that my application in has been place on a wait list for an interview. Do anyone who applied in NYC have an idea of what this means and how long it takes for an interview to be scheduled when u are placed on a wait list?

Interview appointment letter lost in mail
hi, we never received our citizenship interview letter in mail. It shows in online though, pdf version.
Can we take that to appointment or need original mailed one ??
If so how can we get it ? Thanks

No status update after interview
Hi guys. My husband had his interview for n400 last week on Tuesday. He was recommended for approval and the io told him he will get his oath ceremony in 30-60 days. She told him it will be in the same building and to bring his two resident cards and his passport. His paper has 3 things checked. “ you passed....etc Uscis will send u a decision in the mail......etc. and last “ Congratulations you are recommended for approval””””””. Only problem is we have no updated status online. All it says is “ we scheduled your interview” it has been 8 days since his interview. Can anyone relate to not getting an updated status??? I feel like maybe it will update when they actually schedule the interview. We never got an in line for interview when we were waiting for his interview. It went from we reviewed ur biometrics to “we scheduled ur interview “ is this normal???? Field office is New Orleans.

I am really worried, I did my interview for N400 in Los Angeles and passed the civics test, but cannot make a decision yet. IO said she didn't receive my file. Does anyone encounter the same issue as mine? Thanks
