Took the oath with a traffic ticket
Hi everyone
I was worried about a traffic i had after the interview.
My situation was unique because i did pay for the ticket but
I was given a probation period so that it won't go on my record
So i went to the oath ceremony today
Answered yes on question 4.
Gave them the receipt that had my name on it
And it said paid in full.
I took the oath.
Got my passport the same day.
I am so happy it is over.
Good luck to you all.

Official Process Times Accuracy
I've been monitoring the https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do website for the last few months...Tampa office.
On Dec 29, the N-400 Application for Naturalization had 'Processing Cases As Of Date' of May 14.
On January 25, the 'As Of Date' was May 10.
On February 28, the 'As Of Date' was May 2.
The last update was done on March 14 and the current 'As Of Date' is May 14.
So it's basically not moved forward since December 29. Is this field office processing times website considered to be accurate? Why wouldn't the date move forward over a 3 month period and why would it actually go back in time?
I applied at the beginning of Oct, FP done early Nov and am in line for an interview. Anybody applied in Tampa after May 2015 and already had an interview?
Thanks!

Odds of being denied..
I had my interview on 3/13, and now have been waiting for like 4 weeks. :-( Still no update, not even 'in line for oath'. I've started to worry that what if the long wait is due to them possibly changing their decision after giving me a 'recommended for approval.' I have never even got a speeding ticket.. and I've no idea what's going on.. Field office is St. Louis MO..

Huntsville-AL
I live and submitted my N-400 from Huntsville,AL.

I submitted my N-400 and USCIS received my form on 9/19/2016.
In October 4th I was scheduled for Biometrics.
About 3 weeks later I went to that appointment and had it done.
I have not received anything since then or updates in the USCIS site. Still has the message "On October 4, 2016, we scheduled you for a fingerprint appointment and mailed you an appointment notice"
I was wondering if this was still in a good time frame since the lawyer I had do my papers said it would take around 7 months for the whole process.
I know that recently the length of the process has increased but I thought I would ask here anyways.
thanks.
