Naturalization Process
I sent my N-400 form to Phoenix Field office. How many of you have sent your N-400 Form to this office?

Do you think hiring a lawyer expedites your application process?

Houston TX timeline - Sept 16
I filed single... no depedents... and my case started with NBC

9/13/16 - sent N400 Application to Dallas from Houston (paid for the 1-day shipping via USPS)
9/15/16 - received and priority date
9/16/16 - CC charged
10/13/16 - Biometrics done (appointment 2:00pm... finished by 2:30pm)

(waited game began... around this time when I started getting paranoid)

...and finally!!!

3/6/17 - received Interview schedule
4/10/17 - Interview done (appointment 10:10am... finished by 10:50am)

Fortunately, I did not have to call anyone regarding my status just because I have read so many posts on how slow Houston takes to process. If it would have probably taken more than 7 months of me waiting for get interviewed.. then I would have probably called. Now, I just have to wait for the Oath Taking (which I am hoping it does not take another 6 months). Good Luck everyone!

Hi
Could some one help please?

PD 12/08/2016
FD 01/12/2017

Since then nothing has been change. Same fingerprint message.
Went for an infopass on 04/06/2017 and the ISO told me that the file has been requested last month.
I asked by who and for what. He said he cant see all the detais and made a request for USCIS to send a mail in a maxi 3 weeks.to explain whats going on.

I am kind of worry since then.

Someone already had the same answer and what was the reason?

Thanks

Dallas,TX ???
N-400 Applicant

Sent to : Dallas, TX field office

Docs sent : 9/21/2016
Check cashed out : 9/25/16
Accepted and receipt number issued : 9/29/2016 NBC**
Bio metric taken : 11/4/2016
Case was pending since then and last change was On 2/6/2017 that the case status has updated into " In interview line " . Since 2/6/2017 nothing changed and I did not heard from them, Also realized for the Dallas, TX field office should considering at least 10 month waiting time ahead a time which is suck!

Anyone has done anything in such regard or been in this situation ?
Thanks for sharing your idea and first hand experience with Dallas, TX field office .
