he has employment letter as well as vacation sanctioned letter besides NOC..
.annual salary is 1,44000...
his father have around 1 crore property(Agriculture LAND)..and income from land is 3 lacs annually and he attached land income certificate from tehsildaar & Patwari...
his father paying for his trip..he has affidavit from his father to bear all the expenses ...
he visited few countries...china....hongkong....thailand etc.
how much chances him for getting visa....???
how's his case......weak or strong..wtever..??
please give me suggestion & Reply..it will help him for his coming interview...

Hello every am living in London as a student I applied b2 visa in July 2015 but it's got rejected she told me you are here since 3 years u didt go for visit any where so I can't give u visa and then I visited in Spain and France in augest now am going to interview again on Monday just I want to ask one problem my sister is living in USA she has us passport and I didt mention in ds 160 before but now I mention am thinking its will be problem

I am 31 year old IT guy. I went with my wife and 2 year old daughter to the interview. I applied for B1/B2 for toursim purpose in Jan 2015 and got rejected. I had a previous canadian immigration PR attempt and the PCC reflected on my passport(Which i think went wrong) Here is what went happened:
VO: What do you do ?
Me: Tech director at xxx company.
VO: Purpose to go to US ?
Me : Tourism
VO: Have you been to any countries before?
Me: Yes, Thailand, Maldives and Singapore
VO to my wife : What do you do mam ?
My wife : I am a senior accounts manager.
VO to me and my wife : What do you guys earn monthly ?
Us : Me (67K), Wife (57K)
A long pause and it seemed like he was typing something and then suddenly ..
VO: Oh, there is a PCC for canada. Did you attempt to immigrate to Canada ?
Me : yeah we did.
VO: Sorry Sir, we can't give you the Visa this time.
I think that PCC thing went abruptly wrong. He didn't ask any documents supporting my case(I had all the property documents with me). In feb, i started my own business and now have a client which wants me to come to US on business purpose but i really dont know how I will support the cause for visa this time. If they dont ask me documents again, how do i prove again that my intent is not to stay ? Is it even advisable at all to apply for B1 at this time ? expert advice is appreciated.

My brother and sister in law are applying for b2 for a honeymoon in united states
I have a GC and I'm living in united states since 3 years; Working as a software developer. My wife is a US citizen and I'm sponsoring my brother and sister in law for a B2 visa for a honeymoon. We have also attended his wedding. Soon he is going to attend an interview.
He has a decent business in India and he is 27 years old and my sister in law is 24 years old. He has a bank statement to show the funds in the bank and I have sent him I-130, Employment verification letter, Invitation letter, Bank statement and tax return for 3 years.

asking a change to get b2 visa
hello. im 36 years old, female single, working in saudi for 10 years till now in a government hospital, have enough money in the bank and 75k annual income. want to ask of chances to get a tourist visa. i will shoulder my own trip,im planning to stay in the hotel and see some places in USA. for 15 days only. no invitation from relatives in USA, just i want to travel alone. i've been visiting hongkong, malaysia and singapore, thanks any comments is very welcome it will help me.

1. Before we left home, we prayed whole night that GOD please help everyone who will be there to get visa.
2. We were really well prepared. only memorized whatever written in DS-160.
3. Keep normal but nice dressed, speak loudly VO can hear, smile must not disappear from face even VO try to make you worried, Be transparent and True answer.
4. Before entering again requested GOD. "We are nothing but only you who can do right things happen, so its upto you. If this travel is good for us, please help us to get VISA and help everyone here to get it. If it is not good to travel there, we request to please give us courage to face refusal.
