i just to know if i can apply for visit visa ..because my immigration application is denied because ma father who applied for died..now my sister has cancer she wants me there for for one month ..im Jordanian but l live in Saudi Arabia i work here ..and im stable here just want to help my sister in these tough days..before i applied for visit visa to see sick my father before dying and they refuse because at that time my immigration application still valid.. i want want to know what should i do to convince them? what document i need ? do i need a letter from my sister or form the her doctor ? from the hospital ? i need a copy my sisters american passport ?
for your information that's may help ..i have in my balance account around 4000 $ and im 27 single i have no criminal issues and all my family history in usa is legal .. please anyone help me if you had the same case ..please comment here ..Thank you all

Invitation letter
Hello am applying for b2 visa from London am from Pakistan I have 2 questions my sister is living in USA she sending me invitation letter are she have to send visa counslate or just to me and second thing I have to chose only b2 but showing b1/b2 togather plz help me I really appreciate u thank you so much

please guide me for usa visitor visa
I have applied for usa visitor visa in 2009, with my wife and got rejected. I think i got rejected due to my africa travel history from 2004 to 2008. Which is shown in the form.
My last passport got damaged due to lamination problem.
Now i have fresh passport and I went to singapore and malaysia with my family in april 2015.
Now i want to apply again with my wife and 3 year child. Please guide me what to do ? and what are the chances to get visa ?

I have 3.5 years experience as an office assistant in University.I have employment detail & NOC from the University which mentioned that i am employee that university,my designation,period of job, my annual salary.winter vacation is coming in December and University already sanctioned that winter vacation leave to me.

2nd time . young single fresh grad
I am so stupid. I applied for b2 visa last sept 28,2015 and got denied.
and i applied again (october 6 2015) and got denied.
I know im so stupid. But i tried applying for visa cause I dont gave any intentions of being an immigrant,
I was in US for summer work and travel and went home july. i didnt have enough time to travel. my j1 visa will expire and i went home and do necessary requirements for my school.
i have experiences of international travels. but what the consul was telling me is i dont have enough ties in my country. So why are you encouraging everyone then to travel to USA . you even said that it's just a myth that young people dont qualify for visa wherein it's a fact.

(my friend didnt qualify, we were in same consul this morning)

consul: So you were in the states for summer work and travel
me:yes ma'am
consul:are you a student?

Please help me
I am 24 years old(Single) and I work in an IT company earning 4 lakhs per annum, with 2.5 years of experience. Plannin to travel to Houston to spend christmas and new year.I will be stayin at a friend's place. I will be staying there for 13 days and booked flight tickets too and I have a bank balance around 1.2 lakhs. Will I face any issue in gettin through this B2 visa process?
-Own house(Dad's property)

I was a little worried as my parents and mother in law, 3 candidates at one time would be a draw back. I did a ton of documentation but none was asked. Interview was in hindi.
Questions
1) Why are you going to USA?
2) Who are these two ladies? ( to my father )
3) What does you son in law and daughter do in the US?
4) How many children you have and what do they do?
5) How many years are they in US?
Visa approved **** **
There were other parents along with them who weren't lucky enough. No documents were asked. Its all about confidently answering questions and the information in the ds 160. I am pretty sure they do make 80% of decision even before the interview starts back doing background checks on people applying and their contact in the usa.
