Got visa 3rd time
I was denied tourist visa 2 times, and I almost lost hope. This time I took help from VisaVikings. Visavikings helped me through whole process. There were no false hopes from them and their communication was to the point and straight forward. I finally got the visa 3rd time. I would definitely recommend to seek their services.

Need advice on uncle aunt visa
Hello everyone,
I am in US with my family and want to sponsor B2 Visa for my uncle and aunt sole for tourism purpose. Their stay would be for 1 month only.

My uncle (aged 74) is a retired Govt employee having pension of Rs 5000
My aunt (aged 74) is a retired Govt employee having pension of Rs 28000.
So total monthly income for both combined is 33000

They jointly own a residential flat. They have no kids.

Since their combined monthly income is <Rs. 50000 so their DS 160s have been submitted stating that I would be sponsoring their trip which is true.

1) When asked about their monthly income, can they add at the end that I would be sponsoring their trip?
2) When asked if they have kids, after saying “NO” can they add that they will return back on account of their pension, flat and remaining family here?

Any additional advises for the interview would be highly appreciated.

Re apply - b2 Visa
Dear all,

I need some suggestions/informations regarding 214 b refusal thing.
I had applied b2 Visa for my parents and younger brother which was denied in may .
This time my parents (govt employee +strong ties to home country)showing self sponser to themselves (last time sponsored by me).
In Ds 160 travel history shows parents will travel together without brother .(I guess not issue for them if there Visa will be issued)
But I dont have any idea about my brother's case(he has Permanent govt job too) ...
If he will apply separately for Visa interview and mention he will be travelling alone .Visa officer would be able to know about my parents status(if Visa approved) at the time of my brother's interview ?

Please advice, thanks in advance
Your help would be appreciated!

Applying
Hi everyone. I'm a Filipina currently living in Japan (almost 5 years). I'm a housewife of a Japanese national and we're planning to visit the US later in July. I've filled up and submitted a DS-160 form already and I'm set for an interview on the first week of June. I've only been in the Philippines and Japan.

If everything falls into place, we'll be in the US for 15 days only. Just sightseeing and all. No relatives but we do have a couple of friends but we do not plan to be meeting any of them. I don't have my own income but my husband has a decent paying job. Also, we have a house here in Japan. No children.

Just a quick question: what are the chances of me getting approved? I am well aware that my husband doesn't need to apply for a US Visa. I am extremely nervous because it's my first time.
