First time applied for B1/B2 VISA and got rejected.

i had applied first time for US B1/B2 VISA and got rejected
This is how my interview went and please tell me where i went wrong.
VO : why are you traveling to US?
Ans : to meet my childhood friend
VO : which city?
Ans : told the city
VO : married?
Ans : yes married with xxx children
VO : your profession is xxx right?
Ans : yes
VO : do you have any travel history?
Ans : no
VO : where is your wife? (i am an expatriate working in middle east)
Ans : told him that she is in my home country
VO ended the interview saying this time your visa is refused and you cannot challenge my decision handed over me white paper saying rejected under 214(B)
anyhelp would he appreciated to find the issue and correct it in my next attempt.

Applying B2 visa after going back from J1 program
Hi! I previously participated in Work and Travel program under J1 visa last March-May 2016. After my program, I graduated college and applied another J1 visa but for internship this time which lasted from August 2017-August 2018 and I also spent my grace period to travel around the states. So I left the US by September 2018.
I am planning to reapply a B2 Visa this June but I’m a little worried that it might be too soon for me to apply since it has only been 9 months since I got back to my country.
Profile: 22 years old, Single, Self-Employed
Country: Philippines
Earns an average of $1000 USD/month (converted)
Lives with family (I have no relatives in the US)
Purpose of travel: Visit friends and travel more since I wasn’t able to travel a lot during my internship (worked 40hours/week so I barely traveled)
Travel History: US (Twice), Hong Kong, Macau, Puerto Rico
Never been denied a visa

I was rejected for B2 today can somebody let me know where I went wrong.

I am on L2 visa and my husband is on L1. He sponsered them in documents
My parents & brother visa refused today. my dad and brother both are central govt.emplyoees in xyz organisation
And my mom is a house wife. They went together for interview and VO started with my mom.
VO was black American rude lady who interviewed them.she was asking in hindi and English both. We scheduled appointment in hindi because of my mom. Sh is the only one who was interviewing them in both languages.
As per my knowledge they just want strong ties in home country.
Question she asked to my mom
VO:where are u going ?
Mom: xyz ,ca
VO: what does your daughter do ?
Mom: she was working before but now she is house wife..(that was not a suspicious question for denial )
She got nervous because VO started with her.
Question asked with brother:
VO: where are you going?
Brother : replied well
VO:What do u do?
Brother:I work as a govt.emplyoee in xyz organisation on this designation
VO:how long would u stay ?
Brother:3 weeks
VO: What does your brother in law do?
Brorher:he works in xyz company as a solution architect.
