I attended Visa Int on 5 March and i was given 221 g pink. I got a email to send updated CV and employment letter and i sent it on 7th March. Status of CEAC Site shows as Case created on 5th march and last updated on 23 March Still in AP. Are there any one who appeared for VISA interview on the same week and their case got cleared ?
Finally after 35 days ,The status changed to Issued today

12/19/2017 -- I work for a global strategy consulting firm. Officer asked about my clients, which I cant disclose under NDA. I shared industry and type of work. He gave white slip with 221g saying - as always we have to do 221g clearance (I have gotten 221g twice for my F1 before, however it took only 3-4 weeks then)
12/19/2017 -- received email from Consulate requesting travel details, resume, and employer contact information
12/22/2017 -- Submitted all documents requested via email

feb 4 2018 - first case updated on ceac website
feb 12 2018 - client got a verification email, client responded within a week
mar 22 2018 - sent an email to [email protected] for an update as it is been more than 60 days
mar 27 2018 - second case updated on ceac website
april 4 - got email to submit passport from support@ustraveldocs
april 5 - submitted passport
april 9 - third case update
april 10 - issued

Interview 03-26-18 : He dint ask for any documents , asked me a couple of questions on my Education (masters) and gave me a 221(g) white slip with Administrative processing checked ( No further documents required) . He said status will change in 3-5 days .
Hopefully it doesn't take more than 3 weeks !
Update : 03-27-18 : Passport tracking changed to "Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery"
CEAC : Administrative Processing .
Passport was returned with 221(g) and was asked to submit again with i797.

Got back passport next week by courier with 221g slip to appear for interview.
Interview at New Delhi Embassy: 12/22/2017
VO asked a couple of questions and gave 221(g) handout to submit LCA, Petitioner's 2 year tax returns, project description, notarized list of employee's list with their details, resume, W-2 and pay stubs for last 5 years.
My employer submitted the documents on 1/5/2018 and got auto reply that documents are submitted.
Haven't heard back from the embassy since then and no change in status or case last update date since 12/22/2017.
Sent couple of emails to support but got the same generic response.
3/26/18 - Got email from support to submit passport to any Dropbox location.
3/27/18 - Submitted passport.
4/4/18 - Case Last Updated date change for the first time but status still AP.
4/5/18 - Issued.
4/7/18 - Got the passport with visa stamped.
4/7/18 - back to US!

I am currently on H4 .The interview was longer than expected.The lady interviewer asked me the below questions-
1) Is this your first H1 stamping?
2) Where are you currently working?
3) Show me your I797
4) Where will you be working in US?
5) What does your petitioner do, is it just a recruiting firm?
6) What will be your role at client office?
7) Show me the client letter
(My client letter was in a generic format -"To whom so ever it may concern" and since she did not see my name there, she got perplexed. I told her my name is in the agreement between my petitioner and client and I can show her that doc as I was carrying it. She refused.)
8) What is the name of your husband, is he in US on H1?
Then she got up from her seat, took my passport and 797 .Came back after 5 minutes ,reluctantly picked the white slip-221G )
She asked me two questions before issuing the slip and returned my passport.
9) What will be your wage?
10) How many employees work at your employer
