Hello, my name is Nirav Shah, I am licensed physical therapist working in USA since 2013, have master as well as doctorate degree in physical Therapist , approved I 140 , second
at the end of the interview: consular officer ask to submit my contract with my petitioner and petitioner contract with client gave me 2 slip ( green saying additional administrative Processing and yelll slip for documents) , I have submitted all on 10th April,2018 with email size less then 5MB.
I am reading lots of reviews on this site .. so I thought I will put mine also ..
My question?
1, I have submitted my same documents with 3 times , cuz first time it was blurry ( cuz I reduced the size) , second time it was more then 5MB, so on 3 email I got it right .. ( all 3 time I have received automated response from consulate saying they received the documents)
Am I going to have problems or dealys in processing cuz I have submitted my same documents 3 times? I email them to clear the issue , but no response

Renewing H1 for 4th time. Traveled to India on vacation after a long time.
03/12 - Biometrics
03/13 - Attended Interview. VO asked standard questions about location, duration, profile of job, etc. He asked client invite and LCA. Gave me the yellow slip and made me wait for a few mins. Went back to VO while he was talking with someone else with my passport in hand. He then gave me a 221g blue slip for admin processing. No additional docs asked. He gave back my passport as well. I work in EC model
03/26 - My client was contacted for project duration, duties.
04/06 - Got email to submit passports to VAC. Submitted on same day
04/10 - Last update date changed but still in AP
04/11 - Case status changed to 'Issued' in CEAC site
04/12 - Passport status was moved to 'Returned from Consulate. Passport being processed for Delivery'
04/13 - Got the passport in hand
The process was really painful, but nevertheless things worked out.

VO returned my passport, issued a white slip with a case number, and told me that I will receive a questionnaire from the consulate. Received the questionnaire after a week and submitted the same after a week. I wasn't asked any documents. My case is more of a thorough background check because I have a very common name. F1 to H1. No update on my case yet so far.

Bring original INDIAN ID along with a copy, and preferably your confirmation document (I didn't bring DS-160 confirmation and verbally told my passport number)

Went alone and the officer asked what all documents I am carrying. When she noticed that I am not carrying copy of my husband's passport, she gave me a 221g saying they need the copy of my husband's passport showing the last visa stamp and last port of entry stamp, along with previous I-797 for my husband that was active when he entered the US the last time. He did not accompany me during this visit and I have a 3 years old US Citizen child with me.
1) Consulate asked for passport submission on Thursday, April 05.
2) Passport submitted to Application Center on Friday, April 06.
3) Passport delivered to consulate on Monday, April 09.

I was having L1 petition approved as I came to India after my L1 extension got approve. I came here on home country leave. Went for restamping and got issue 221G, asking docs - 2 year tax statement of the employer, 797, I129, project details etc.
SUbmitted document on Feb 15th. No updated yet. still waiting... :(
