The consular asked very basic questions, received 221g and passport was returned back.
Received a call very next day on 18-OCt-2016 for MSA, SOW and any project related supporting documents establishing Employer and Client relationship
My Employer sent them to [email protected] id, no response until 26-Dec-2016 requesting client contact details
Shared the Client contact details to Hyd consulate late on 10-Jan-2017 as the client was on a long vacation
No response till date, waiting !!
Client received almost 30 questions, fortunately they positively responded to all questions!!
28-Mar-2017: Received an email from US Consulate (HYD) to submit passport
30-Mar-2017: Submitted passport @ VFS - Blr
04-Apr-2017: Issued !!!

Escalated through employer Attorney, State Representative, State Senator all received standard response saying that the case is pending administrative processing.
Email from Chennai Consulate on 24/02/17 that "your petition is being returned to USCIS for further review"
USCIS case status - On March 6, 2017, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number .., for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done.

I was interviewed on Oct 14th 2016 at Chennai Consulate and issued 221(g) Blue slip with additional administrative process is required before approving Visa. Clients received email from USCIS on Nov 01st week, and they replied back few days later.
In DOS website, date is changed to 02nd Dec, but message is still same.
Contacted US Travel docs through email after 5 months, but got same reply as in DOS website.

Got Visa stamped and back in USA now(4/1/2017)

Email got from USCIS to drop passport: 03/24/2017
Next day dropped and online status also changed to "issued" after another day.
After 3 days, I got the passport with Visa stamped.

She gave me a white slip. Because of my I129B, first preferred location was new jersey, and second preferred location was GA.
I showed her also. but she didn't convinced, and she gave me a white slip.
