I, along with spouse & kid attended the procedures on 29th February and March 1st 2016.
The VO asked few basic questions and then asked for client letter I did show him, he asked me that there is no mentions on my job description ( there was one line mentioned though) I did try to explain and showed my parent company offer letter at USA
He asked me to wait with yellow slip
Nearly after 2hours called me and gave blue card and told me I need not have to come for the interview again and handed me the booklet on know your employees rights.
In the 221g he has checked on only administrative processing & he haven't mention weather i need to submit any document.
March 14th was my joining date at client place
status is updated on March 31 and April 12

I went for interview at Mumbai consulate on 24th Sept. After routine question, VO left her seat and discussed something with Other VO and gave me 221g slip. Didn't asked for any documents and returned my passport saying that i will be contacted via email.
Since then haven't heard anything and it's still under AP.
After a wait of more than 6 months, finally it is approved.

I have attended the VISA interview on 10-Feb-2016. The officer has given me a 221 G blue slip with Administrative Processing been checked. No documents were requested in the slip. But all the documents like I129, I797 original, Client letter, SOW, LCA, etc except the Passports were collected from me by the VO during the interview. My employer was not been contacted till now and the status is still showing under Administrative Processing. Just couple of days back the last status update date was changed. What does this change typically mean? Its already more than 2 months, does anyone have an idea when can I expect the case to be resolved?

Got email from ChennaiHandL to submit passport on 15th March 2016. Submitted passport at VFS bangalore on the same day.
Now it is 3rd week after submitting the passport still the status shows Administrative Processing.
Is any one on the same boat. Let me know chances of getting approved.
Today Status is changed to Issued.
