Submitted my docs in dropbox on 1st March 2016.
VO called for interview , went for interview on 9th March.
Received Passport in next 2 days with 221G to submit additional docs.(LCA,I 797, I 129,Resume.Project Description)
Submitted Docs by 15th March. Afterwards received call on April 4th from embassy saying that my case will be forwarded to Visa Officer. I would suggest you to keep some end client confirmation ready in case VO require any supporting document. Sent confirmation from Client also.
Since then no updates. CEAC site is showing initial date(Interview Date) for Admin processing .

VO asked questions about client client and project and gave me yellow slip to wait. After waiting around two hours another interview session started with Indian lady who inquired count of employees already working on this project, how long project would go, size of project, why client is doing this project etc. and after few minutes VO gave 221g form and returned PP but kept I797, LCA, client letter, project, finance report etc.
After 2 weeks ustraveldocs got updated with empty 'Document Delivery Information' from AAP.

Applying for L1, VO asked question only regarding my MS thesis (which i did some 13 yrs back in from the US), gave me a Green slip, also gave me my I126s with a tick in the approved box, untill 2019, signed teh I129s and then asked me to share my CV. Later got an email asking for an abstract, proof of employment, CV, justification of the role etc. Visa center interacting via email. Not sure if any one else has been in a similar situation.

I attended H1b Visa interview in New Delhi and got white slip. I was interviewed twice on the day. One at the counter and another in separate room totally by 3 members before they issued white slip. All my documents are taken except passport. I will working in Employee Client model in inhouse project. However, product development is in progress. I was questioned on the specific client for the product and even though, my employer has several clients, I will working directly for my employer. My 221g status in still showing administrative processing after one month. It seems, my details are sent back to USCIS. Does anyone have idea about how many days it might take for change in status or visa to be approved ? Your expert thoughts and opinions are welcome. It has become routine to check status of my application for more than an year :-(.

I attended the interview on 04/04/2016 in Mexico City consulate.
I have a DUI from 2014 which is now closed but not expunged.
After basic employer related questions I was given aa 221(g) (white slip/form –with the address of the medical centre) referring to a Panel Physician to undergo a medical examination to verify if I had any chemical dependencies.
I immediately went the Medical office and got the tests completed (x-ray, blood test, Psychiatric exam) - and the results were sent in the same day on 04/04/2016.
I have been checking the visa status link https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx – and it is showing as “Administrative Processing” since 04/04/2016. I went to the Consulate on Monday (04/18) and today as well, My passport is with the consulate right now and they said I just have to wait and they don’t have a Time frame.
It has been 3 weeks now, and the status is still "Administrative Processing".

My Visa Interview was held on 20th Jan 2015 and interview ended with 221g white slip color and they requested to email some documents like : US Petitioner Letter, Employment Contract, Project Detail Description and Educational Academic.
I send all Documents on 11th Feb .After sending all docs by mail, I received auto response mail. ..
But still status date not changed on CEAC website. It showing same interview date and status like Administrative Processing
All most 35 days status has not change.
First time status date change : 27-Nov-2015, but status still Administrative Processing ..
14 April : Received mail from support to submit passport
15 April : Submitted passport.
18 April : Status Date change, but status still Administrative Processing ..
19 April: status changed to Issued. and received email to collect passport
20 April : collected passport.
after 1 year and 2 months my visa is approved. I hope this will help you.

Attended my interview on December 14th of 2015 at Mumbai Consulate. I was asked all kinds of basic questions like who is you employer , what is your salary, what is your highest qualifications. Who is your client , Are you married, Where is client location and employer location. Every thing is answered well but theses two questions ( how did you get this job and where are you working now ) is where i thought the interviewer wants to review my application. I was asked to submit all the available documents on the 221g from my petitioner.
My petitioner emailed the documents on 5th of Jan 2016.
Just want to share my experience and will post any update :

Today got an email asking me to email the documents again but this time asking me to send the email instead of my petitioner.
Can any one know why I was asked to re-submit the documents
