13-Mar-19- Interview at US Embassy Delhi. Usual questions but given 221-G with document list as:
1) I-797, I-129, LCA, Cover letter submitted for the petition
2) Letter from End client, Itinerary of services and contract
3) Paystubs and W2
I had all these documents except Itinerary of services and contract but VO said that they need PDF version of the same.
25-Mar-19--Document submitted.
05-April-2019: Client contacted by his legal/immigration team for verification.
10-April-2019-- Received email to submit passport; passport submitted;The case last updated date is still the interview date.
16-April-2019 -- CEAC Status changed to ISSUED; Waiting for my passport (opted for courier )
19-April-2019 -- Passport collected from Blue Dart.

I have went for a H4 interview and provided the details like Marriage certificates, Wedding photographs and Spouse's Visa copy. At that time of the interview VO gave me a blue slip and no additional docs were requested. Later on the same day I have received a white slip asking Marriage certificates and Wedding photographs which I have showed to the VO during the Interview itself. Any idea why they ask the same documents again?

Feb 14 - Received Blue Slip with a confusing case number NWD2019XXXXXXX and were told to emails complete petitioners documents.
Feb 15 - Checked the case number on given site https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/, received an invalid case number response.
Feb 18 - emailed [email protected] to get a clarification on the case number.
Feb 19 - received an email to drop the documents at vfs delhi
Feb 21 - Dropped documents with the passport.
Feb 28 - received an email to pick up the passport
Mar 1st - Passport returned with all the documents and a new slip with a different case number but mentioned same documents.
Mar 3rd - Emailed documents at [email protected] with a subject line "NWD2019XXXXXXX".
Mar 3rd - Received confirmation email.
Mar 22nd - sent another email to [email protected] to check status. Same Common Response.
April 10 received an email for passport April 15 Visa issued

Direct employee, not in EC/EVC Model.
Previous two visa interviews were in Matamoros, MX and Vancouver, CA.

VO said that her system reflects that my H1B petition was filed after the expiry of my last visa (obviously not true), and that she will have to do some work at the back end. (H1B petition was filed in PREMIUM and an approval obtained before expiry of previous H1B visa)
She kept my passport, H1B approval notice and H1B receipt.
Given GREEN Slip.
3/22/19 - Case status updated first time since 11/1318, still shows AP.
3/25 - Status changed to Issued.
USTraveldocs website indicated PP ready for pickup on 3/26. Collected PP 3/26. I797 and H1B receipt were with PP.
As far as I know, employer was not contacted during entire AP.
Indian PP renewed under Tatkaal. Rcvd PP in 2 days. Police verification done.
4/11/19 Travelled back to US. No questions asked at POE.
4/15 - Back at work
