Out of processing time in Potomac
Hello All,

My case is transferred to Potomac and I am out of processing time. I reach out to my local representative and waiting from them to send me the response. Do you all have any idea how long more I have to wait? I did not receive RFE.

I751 approved before N400?
Hello everyone! CSC here!
I was wondering maybe any of you can give your thoughts or your experience on this,
Can a i751 be approve before N400?
I have already submitted N400 application, when I did that my i751 was transfer to MO Lee summit. This is about 3 months ago.
So I was just wondering if both will be process together or if one can be approve before the other one? And if they get process together Can still be i751 approved and n400 denied?

Thanks!!!

Must I use a lawyer to renew my GC? Please Help
Good morning all: I want to first thank everyone on this forum for their prompts response to individuals concerns. Many many tanks to all.
I have 2 question today :
1. To the best of my knowledge , we have completed our i-751 and all evidence attached , we have also signed the form. There is no complication in my case, we have maintained same address, and this is our first marriage, though we have kids before we got married. we have all our documents joint accept for our 2018 and 2019 tax return that we filed married but filing separate this is because my husband is owing IRS over $10,000 and I do not want that to rollover to me due to my job, we do not have money to pay the tax now and if we file joint, I must pay the due amount or loose my job because I am working with IRS , as an employee of irs, one must have tax clearance letter with zero balance I do not know if this will be a problem on my application. I have written a letter to uscis addressing this, I have attached my clearance letter and Id as evidence. I am thinking if I should not explain this and be silent about it accept if I am asked why by uscis

2. I believed everything I completed and attached document are well documented and addressed , please do I need a lawyer at this point? is lawyer a plus to my application ? . Your kind response would be highly appreciated

Notice of Action taking more than a month
Below is my timeline and few other observations:

Nov 9th 2020 - USCIS Arizona lockbox received the documents

Dec 15th 2020 - Charged the i-751 fee to the credit card

Dec 18th 2020 - Received i-751 Notice of Action in the mail. It says the notice date is Dec 14th 2020.

So in short it’s taking more than a month to receive notice of action for removal of GC condition.

The 18 months extension starts from the day your conditional GC is set to expire

I never received text or email about the status even though I submitted G-1145 form

If your current job is based on your current conditional green card, then even if you don’t receive your Notice of Action on time, you don’t have to worry about it, since your employer doesn't have to recheck your GC for work authorization. But if you change your job then yes you need NOA.

I-751
Hey guys ,

So I checked my case status on the mobile app and my status says CASE APPROVED. But then I closed the app and reopened few minutes later and the status changed to “As of June 2 fingerprint related to your case was updated “

Anyone experienced this before ?

Could it be a system glitch?

Your input is greatly Appreciated
