Transfer of case letter
Hi Y'all...

I've been seeing some say their cases got transferred to NBC for "fast processing" or "Speed up processing"

However, mine says as part of "standard processing"...

So I'm asking... can anyone with the caption "fast processing" or "Speed up processing "confirm that's exactly what their letter states!

I 751 processing time Potomac Service Center
I submitted my I 751 and priority date is 09/02/2020. I recieved my extension for 18 months. Being married to my husband right now is really hard. I feel like giving up. He is so unfaithful. So immoral. Cheating with a 23 year old at his job. It's been going for so long. I can't take this anymore. Can someone give an advice about what to do! I feel like giving up. I haven't done my fingerprint yet. How long it is going to take for approval?

I-751 Approved by Potomac Service Center after 16.5 months
Hello everyone,

It's my time to give back to this forum. I have been checking out this forum on a daily basis for the past few months. It has been comforting to know that I haven't been alone dealing with USCIS but rather there is a big community of people going through similar challenges and struggles. I have learned a lot of things from reading various stories that get posted here. A couple of things I learned and incorporated from this forum to move my case along was contacting senator's office to check on the case on my behalf and putting in a service request for N-400.

Honestly, I wouldn't have known that I as a constituent can contact Senator's office if I hadn't been reading stories posted by people. So I would recommend to keep your hopes up and keep coming back to this forum. Know that you are not alone. The USCIS process definitely tests your patience and breaks your spirit but don't let that daunt you. Focus your energy on positive things and keep marching forward. I know it is easy to say that but staying positive is hard especially in the COVID environment where everyone is stressed out. Anyway the good news is shared below. I hope this helps.

Yesterday was one of the best days I ever had in the last couple of years. My application status was changed from Finger prints taken to New card is being produced. Then today, it changed again from New card is being produced to Case approved.

Here's my time line.

Aug 2019- Paperwork was received by Potomac Service Center

Feb 2020- Fingerprints taken

Oct 2020- Filed N400 online

Dec 21, 2020- Called in USCIS regarding biometric appointment for N400 as I didn't receive any response from them after filing the application

December 22. 2020- New Card is being produced

Dec 23, 2020- Case was approved.

Now I am waiting for N400 to be processed. Hopefully it moves along pretty quickly. That being said, Wishing you all good luck. Stay positive!

I-751 wavier
This forum has been so helpful to me since the beginning. So I am about to file for my I-751 wavier.. but unfortunately I don’t have enough evidence of my marriage which already is under the process of divorce. Can someone will suggest me what are my chances of getting approved. The evidence of marriage I have is joint lease, joint bank documents (not statements), 1 year joint tax, marrige certificate, joint photographs, letter from hospital that I took care and was supporting her during her sickness. My wife was hospitalized for 4 months and due to car accident she was severely injured and bed rested for like 1 year . Detailed Affidavit from her step dad that who we lived with. How she cheated and abused me. Photographs of her cheating, love letters from her bf, and tons of screenshots of her and her bf. Based on these things What are my chances of getting approved?

Info pass to local office
Hello everyone,

My I751 is pending for so long ( 22 months!). Today I a tier 2 officer called me and said that my file is still in Texas, and waitng for the local office to schedule my interview ( I am expecting an interview because my case is a waiver). I requested an info pass, so the officer scheduled me for next week for a walk in to my local office. My question is:
1- My extention letter is valid till next August, is it better to request a stamp on my passport instead of the extension letter (I'm planningto travel by June or July.) Will the stamp have the same expiry as my extension? And if I get the stamp does that give them a reason to delay my interview more?
2- What should I ask the officer on the appointment? I mean I know I will ask them about my case, but what specifically should I ask for?
