Texas and Nebraska
I don’t know what is going on with the other centers but Texas and Nebraska are moving very fast. I am seeing cases getting approved in 10, 8 or even 7 months.
Congratulations if you are one of those people. Mine is stuck at NBC Missouri and since I received the extension letter there has been no updates, no biometrics, no nothing just silent since Apr 2020. Best Wishes all.

Cases that are Outside of normal processing time
Hi everyone, i want to share list of actions that needs to happen if your case is outside of normal processing time. Note : below list is my research, please add in comments if you know anything else.

- outside of normal processing time request (2-3 times)
- call 800 number and ask them to schedule a call with Tier 1 officer, so you can ask why your case is taking so long
- have tour congress man/woman submit outside of normal processing time request.
- Ombudsman request

Note: uscis has 60 days to respond to your request.

- sue Uscis
Note: if your lawyer or paralegal who doesn’t have an experience with suing USCIS, you better hire additional lawyer just for the purpose of suing.
(Check YouTube, there are bunch of videos by experienced lawyers who you can hire).

Note: when you sue USCIS, a judge will look into your case to understand if you did any action(s) to try to resolve your case before suing, so you have to proof that you tried your best by submitting a request of outside of normal processing time and etc.

I-751 with divorce waiver (spouse's signature)
Hello all,

First of all, thank you for sharing your comments. I have spent quite some time reading through the thread and learned a lot. Supporting evidence package was updated quite a bit based on the info acquired in this forum :)

I am helping my now ex-wife to prepare I-751 application with divorce waiver. We split on mutual terms and remain good friends.

Typically, I-751 is signed by both spouses. Obviously, she will sign I-751 in the appropriate field. Question - will it help if I (former husband) will sign I-751 as well? I don't mind doing that if it is going to strengthen her application. I am a bit concerned though that it may confuse USCIS officer.

Thank you in advance.

Ombudsman request
Hi,

I am so tired of waiting! I submitted my i751 on 3/25/2019. No answer from USCIS what so ever, submitted outside of normal processing request no response either, so yesterday I submitted ombudsman request.
I’m wondering if anyone else submitted this request and did it help anyone?

Transfer Case
On November 23, 2020, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number ... to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

Can anyone share their experiences
