It took around 4 months. NO Interview but transfer and RFE.
Now, I'm waiting for my green card to arrive in mail.

List of evidences (including RFE response)
- 3 affidavit letters from my aunt, my cousin and one of our friend
- 15 pictures (from previous year and also from Christmas this year).
- joint debit card bank statement from 2017 to current
- energy bill from most recent months (because of some issues so only my husband’s name was on the bill last several years since we got married, it got fixed this August so I only submit bills for recent months)
- 2017 and 2020 apt lease
- 2018 and 2019 joint tax
- any mails that show my name or my husband’s name in the same address (I even gave them the copies of my toll charge and mail that I received from my university)
 - 2017 and 2020 car insurance

We filled join I-751 on Sep 3 then received the form I-787 with 18 m extension on Sep 13. Until today Jan 4, about 4 months later, we did not receive another note for biometrics. I sent an email to USCIS and 30 days later received the answer “is currently not assigned for processing”
Anyone has the same delay?

I751 interview
Hi everyone,
My i751 case (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence)was submitted on March 2019 and last updated on May2019 ready to be scheduled for interview.
Last month I called USCIS telling me that my case is outside the normal waiting time so they sent an e-request by which I should had been waiting for a call from them as to schedule for me the i751 an interview, but unfortunately no one called after all the waiting time.
After that I called the customer service again they told me I'm still in the queue and whenever they schedule for me an interview they will send me a letter by mail - time-frame isn't known-
What shall I do in this case? Has anyone been there?

I-751 CSC center - Case transferred as part of 'Standard' Processing help
Thanks for everyone here for being so helpful in sharing their experiences. I filed jointly for I-751 removal - timeline below

01/17/2020 - Form was received
09/10/2020 - Fingerprints were applied
12/22/2020 - case was transferred to NBC Lee's Summit as part of 'standard' processing

I was able to speak to a USCIS representative but she did not say much. She said it is quite likely that it will now be handed over to a field officer for interview processing. Wondering if anyone else here is in the same boat as well? Or if someone knows about what to expect. I have heard of cases being transferred to NBC Lee's Summit for 'faster' processing which is generally seen as good news, but not really sure about what to make of 'standard' processing.

Green card will be expire one day before I start a new job
Hi,

If I start a new job one day before my green card expires, will my company still be able to use it to complete I9? Will they refuse to take it if it's about to expire? I am currently waiting for my N400 to be approved and have an interview in the future.

returning to usa after stay abroad
I am a green card holder and my wife is a US citizen. We had come to India on personal work and to meet family members. We had booked our return tickets for march 2020, which is well within the maximum one year period for a green card holder to return to the USA.
however, due to COVID 19 , the flights being cancelled for a long period by both countries ,our stay in India has exceeded one year. Can we enter the usa without SB1?
is there any relaxation for stay beyond one year for green card holders, due to COVID 19 related disruptions and COVID affected patients?
