Nebraska With a waiver
Hello everyone,
I filed in January 2020 with a divorce waiver. Nebraska center. My case still says ‘Case was received’, no update since the beginning. No biometric appointment either.
Can anyone share their Nebraska experience, especially with a waiver? Does it take longer? Are you likely to have an interview?
Thank you.

Arizona Office
Hi! We filed a month ago and send documents to the Arizona office.
I found the info on the website, on the Where to File Your Form page.

Still no mail and no recipt, my GC expiring in the middle of January.

Questios:
- Did anyone also file to Arizona? I don't see anyone here filing there and really worrying that we choose the wrong address.
- What should I do if I won't be any receipt before Jmid January?

Thanks in advance!

Vermont center

Case was transferred to Jurisdiction (NBC)
Case was transferred then ready to schedule interview

Called immigration ( they state case is still in Vermont ) lmao
Went to info pass for extension for job ( officer said case is still in Vermont and waiting to be scheduled)

3 days later case was updated to “ we updated your name “

Omg just a whole mess!!!!

I send an encyclopedia load of documents everything joint including everything !!!!!

I know these folks misplaced my file at this point I’m just waiting for another year to file n400 since I became a resident In 2017 so I’m looking at early 2022.
As long as I’m legal can travel and work I can’t stress over this case anymore I lawfully came here and ex spouse signed affidavits confirming our marriage was bonafide even after all our misunderstanding and personal issues .

There is nothing I can do I can’t control immigration I can only put faith in my legitimacy!

Good luck everyone
